Matteo's place is a beautiful house with a strategic location for visiting many places nearby, perfect for trekking lovers and those who love trails with a gravel. The house is a lady home, with everything you need to feel good both in winter and summer. Matteo has left us wood ready for use for the fireplace, the real gem of the house, which if you come from the city is a real cuddle. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, many utensils and a large fridge, in addition to the very good water to drink. Very spacious living room with fireplace and large table even for multiple people, comfortable and spacious sofa. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a well organized and very spacious bathroom. We stayed here for New Year's Eve but surely in summer you can enjoy the outside, which offers shaded and green areas all around. Available in the house, maps of the area with CAI routes, highly recommended host, we will definitely be back to walk summer on the lakes.

Very nice house, located in a super quiet area. Mario and his wife are extremely kind and helpful people, and we had a really great time. The house is impeccably maintained and has all the comforts of home. An excellent service: upon our arrival we found fresh water and juices in the fridge, as well as coffee capsules, tea bags and chamomile at our disposal. Also, there was a fireplace with wood ready to be lit, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We really appreciated the fact that the heaters were already on, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment from the first moment.

The overall experience - the vacation is chic. We stayed for three weeks with three families (5 adults and a child under 2 years old), so we chose a place with three bedrooms. The bedrooms are even larger than in the photos, it was quite comfortable. The apartment is generally very spacious, the child had a place to run. Very steep porch with swing and bbq. 2 bathrooms very much saved too. The kitchen has everything you need for a full and variety of cooking and relaxing. The town itself is very quiet and peaceful, there is a place to walk. There are shops and cafes, very atmospheric. You have to go to the beach, but the beaches are also beautiful, the sea is great! There are many places to go within an hour and a half, but the car is a must. The host is polite and accommodating! We were met with a pie and a bottle of wine, it was very nice. I recommended nice places to visit, routes to get there, answered all questions. We helped to resolve all possible issues. In general, the vacation was incredible, and it was not due to the hospitality of the hosts and the incredibleness of the accommodation.
