AFTER HIKING FROM PEEBLES WE FELT A VERY WARM WELCOME AT THIS SO NICE PLACE ! ANNA GAVE US A GREAT SERVICE EVEN TOOK US BY CAR TO THE TOWN ! THE PERFECT EQUIPED KITCHEN GAVE US THE POSSIBILITY TO HAVE A STEAK (WHICH WAS JUST GREAT AFTER SEVERAL DAYS HIKING :) WE SPENT THE EVENING IN FRONT OF THE FIREPLACE JUST ENJOYING. ADD' TOM TOOK US WITH HIM TO THE PLACE WE PROCEEDED HIKING, ANOTHER GREAT SERVICE ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Great stay here with easy access to Glentress trail centre for walking and riding. We also were able to get the bus down to Innerleithen for a change of scenery. The property was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Overall really happy and would recommend to others!

Lucy was a great host and this spot was a haven away from the city! Perfect for a cosy weekend in with access to a lovely walk along the river when you do venture out. Couldn't recommend this stay more!
