We booked this as a last minute trip to Innerleithen for a weekend of riding bikes & running trails - Anna and Tom have created a beautiful space and the perfect place to wind down after an active day out. We will definitely be back 🥰 ✨

We had a fantastic stay - Lucy and David are great hosts. They were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and very well equipped, and the log burner made the place extra special and cosy. The location was perfect, with lovely surroundings and easy access to Innerleithen and Peebles. We really enjoyed exploring the area, and we hope to return in the warmer months to explore more of the local biking. Highly recommend this place – a perfect getaway!

We had a super stay at Annette’s place. It fitted the description perfectly, clean, tidy, warm and very comfortable with everything you need. The apartment is situated right in Innerleithen, very convenient yet in a quiet area. Thank you Annette we really enjoyed our stay.
