Great centrally located flat! It was a little dark inside the flat but this was not unexpected from the pictures and with how close it is to the waterside, still very lovely. Also, Simona provided some snacks and water which was a nice touch - overall can recommend!

we spent 3 nights with our dog in Marco's place to escape the barrels and urban chaos of New Year's days! We are very satisfied! Communication with Marco was perfect, always helpful and kind! The accommodation was just as we imagined, suitable for our needs.

Filippo helped us out in an emergency and allowed us to book his place very spontaneously. Contact with him was always very quick and friendly! The apartment is very clean and easy to find. It is in a quiet area. The apartment is as described! Thank you Filippo! We recommend this place!

Very happy stay in Palidoro. Daniela is a welcoming and responsive host. The house is ideally located for visiting Rome since a few minutes walk from the train station leading to the center of town for very cheap. This advantage can nevertheless be an inconvenience as trains run in the immediate vicinity of the house day and night which makes the environment noisy and the use of earplugs quite recommended in case of noise sensitivity. Despite everything, the house is clean, pretty and functional and allows a very pleasant stay!
