An extremely well situated, maintained and equipped apartment, handled by the most attentive amd caring host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, grazie mille per un soggiorno eccellente!

Loved my stay here, honestly wish I had stayed for longer as my partner and I only stopped in for one night. The town is lovely, kind people, great cafes, and beautiful lake. The home was nice: small and cozy. Drinking hot cocoa and watching Christmas movies was perfect here, and the kitchen worked marvelously for our small Christmas dinner. Only down side was that the wood stove was not operational, that would have been the cherry on top of a beautiful stay.

Filippo's place was good for us to take a rest after a long journey and just before leaving this country. It was convenient to take a train to the center of Rome. Parking a car at the train station of Olgiata was free and tain to Rome cost 1 euro for one way.

The house is true to the listing. It's a small but spacious house, totally independent. Share garden with another house, and you can leave the car there, inside the common enclosure. The host helped us to open the parking and was always available. The house was very clean and what I value most is that we were very quiet, no disturbing noise. It's worth it if you spend a few days in Rome and have a car.
