Monthly Rentals in Tragilos

This was a great experience. The house is next to the sea, and the beach is just at the end of the garden. The view from the garden is incredible. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. There is room for private parking. We didn't interact much but Efstratios was available and made sure I had everything I need. I definitely recommend it!

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. The house is beautiful and big, but needs more maintenance, need to be cleaned better as we find insects on the beds and everywhere in the house, spider web everywhere, the air condition is only in the kitchen, which means that all bedrooms need to be opened in order to feel some air fresh and it is not very comfortable as there is no privacy at all. The pool is very dirty, we only use it once. The location is good, near to the beach in 20-30 minutes with car. The host is very friendly and responds immediately as he is there always. They have a couple a houses depending on how many people will arrive, you will be hosted on one of them and every house has his own pool.

At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!
