Had a fantastic stay! Communication with Yakov was incredibly friendly and responsive from start to finish. All instructions were super clear, making the whole trip very easy and comfortable. Not only he has very clear check-in instructions but can also advise on what to do / how to open a local bank card. The location is literally in the city centre - it is easy to access any other place of interest by cab and it will take no more than 15-20 min (even the farthest ones, like Central Asian Plov Centre. It's also 15-min cab drive from the airport which is very convenient. Around there's a number of restaurants incuding Syrovarnya, which is one of the best places to eat in Tashkent. The apartment itself is very nice: spacious + 'modern look' it was comfortable enough to both work there and chill. highly recommended for a nice & comfortable stay

- Communicated quickly, in the app the host of the apartment responded almost immediately - We helped to do everything with the registration, although in my case it was not easy - The photo fully matches - Infrastructure nearby, two supermarkets, a bank in the same building, you can make a card in the bank, even if you are a non-resident of RU - Warmth in the apartment, there were no problems with the temperature - The courtyard is small, you can sit on a bench - View from the window of one-story houses - There is no one in the neighboring apartments What to note (these are not flaws, just list the features): - The shower drain can sometimes get clogged to clean the drain cover opens, I didn't know about it initially, so I didn't manage to clean the drain myself - Sometimes in the morning or at midnight there may be no hot water, but warm or cool, this is not constant, only in January several times happened - The metro is far away - This apartment, together with three more opens to a small corridor where the washing machine is located

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is freshly renovated, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home. It’s located in a new building and equipped with all the amenities you’d need for a longer stay. While the apartment is situated on the outer part of the city, this wasn’t an issue since taxis in Tashkent are very affordable. Plus, there are a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and a large mall is just a 10-minute drive away. Dilnura is an amazing host—she’s very responsive, went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, and helped us with tourist registration, which was incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent!
