Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Town 'n' Country

The Anchor house is a great stay and definitely worth the $. Very clean home with tons of beds and bathrooms. Went to Florida for a wedding so everyone was getting ready and dressed up so 3 bathrooms were great. House was super clean like we were the first ones to stay there after a remodel. Centrally located and right next to downtown New Port Richey which is beautiful. Literally don’t have any complaints all 5 stars. And will be staying there again next trip

Very quaint and cute. The place was clean and felt cozy. The jacuzzi was a wonderful touch after long days exploring. I appreciated the coffee, available spices, and snacks that the host provided. It was easy to get to many areas of Tampa from this location and there is a Publix right around the corner, which was convenient. It was a great little home away from home for our family of 3!

This place is exactly as described and better. Read everything Chris says and that's what you get. It's very spacious and private, yet close to everything. The location is excellent. 5 minutes from private business as well as big box stores, bars and restaurants. There are several beaches & parks within 10 minutes, take your pick. We were visited by a very nice cat usually in the evenings, it would eat and let us pet it and head back out the door. The canal offers a lot of wildlife, birds chirping in the morning while sipping coffee by the pool is priceless. We brought our kayaks and traveled out to Moggle Bay and I also caught some catfish from the dock. Keep in mind that this isn't a 100% rental place, but someone's home that invites guests to stay a percentage of the time. I would definitely stay again.

Nguyen's place was welcoming, clean, and had the right amount of space for our group. The location is within close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, and has quick access to main roads.

My two sons and I enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place in Tampa. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location is private yet around the corner from a major road and a great taco place recommended by our host. We loved the backyard the most! The hot tub is perfect, but we would arrange to have the pool heated if we come back in winter again. It was too cold to use much in February. We loved the poolside TV though, and it was a gorgeous place to sit with morning coffee. Location-wise, it’s really central to everything! Close to airport, downtown, and beaches. I wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy’s place!

Great place located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, and communication with Faye was great! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place in Clearwater

We were in town for our son’s wedding… this home was perfect place to gather with family and friends. The kitchen, dining and living room are so spacious that we had plenty of room to gather! Firepit, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating gave us all the space to spread out. House was clean and is so cute! Highly recommend

The photos of the listing were very accurate. The house felt very spacious for a 3 generation family vacation, with plenty of places to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. The hosts were very quick with responses. We all felt very comfortable in the house.

This property was great, very clean and big! The pool table was a huge hit with us and the beds were comfy! The host was very kind and communicative as well and helped us when needed.

We were a group of 6 friends coming down for spring training and this house was perfect for us. More than enough space with the 4 bedrooms in the house and the 2 apartments behind the house. The outdoor area in back was nice too with a large table to sit at and a hot tub. The house was comfortable and in a great location, close to Yankees spring training in Tampa, the airport and plenty of restaurants. Very easy to get around Tampa and close to the highway for 30-35 min drives to Clearwater and Dunedin. The only minor issue we had wasn’t anyone’s fault - the refrigerator in the main house stopped working. We let Rose know right away and they brought by a small refrigerator the next morning for us to use the rest of the stay. Great communication and clear instructions from Rose and Boyd. Definitely recommend this house.

Debbie is AMAZING. She answers messages very quickly! The house was beautiful and we felt at home. I don't sleep very well normally, I wake up all night......but while at the house I slept like a log! Didn't even move! The pool is so refreshing and the hot tub heat is the best I have ever experienced! There is so much to do in the area and you're close to Clearwater, Largo and St. Petersburg. We loved the home and would for sure rent it again. Thank you Debbie for being such q great host and adding to our great vacation ❤️

The house was perfect for three families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the play room. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Were able to get 4 cars in the driveway which was great especially since no parking in the cul de sac. Bre was absolutely perfect with fast responses and kind. Great house for a couple of families.
