Koroit has a charm to it all by itself and this place sits in that landscape and has historic charm and character that aligns with the township and makes you feel at home in the location. The furnishings are period appropriate but homely and liveable at the same time. A great place to stay.

Small but perfectly formed barn apartment. Thoughtfully designed in Scandi mid century. We loved the location, the view from the front window, the koala noises at night & the Magpies warbling in the morning. I loved the garden and the lino prints upstairs. Ian is a very affable host, with great local knowledge & directed us to a fantastic local beach swim. We would look forward to staying again, Vicki & Phil (Chris)
