Sabrina , As host outstanding , always there when needed with immediate attention.The area is great peaceful surroundings , lovely for daily exercise very secure area to stay.A couple of nice Restaurants very near by. Tesco 3 mins away on hand, great for fresh Croissants for breakfast. Would recomend Sabrina as host the Apartment / Flat without a doubt to friends of mine.The Apartment has everything one needs , the Kitchen has everything. Very comfortable lounge & bedding . Technology all fine. The attention to small details was great. Thank you. Robert

My stay overall was very relaxing and comfortable, a home away from home. Finding the check in instructions was easy and the spot/flood light above the front was very helpful. The locks and doors were a little stiff and needed a little bit of pressure to get opened, however once you did it the first time the rest was easy. A lovely welcome to a clean and bright living room, including some basics like bread, milk and butter. such a good touch especially as I arrived a little later in the evening. Very good location with transport links into central Oxford. Local shops not too far away either (all within 15min walk). Very quiet place despite being on a bus route and local community centre, as I hardly heard the bus go past. Communicating with Angela was easy as pie, she was proactive, friendly and very well informed. Instructions pack in the apartment was also very helpful.

Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Victoria and Darren for your hospitality and help your both great Hosts.

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Emma is a great & responsive host & her place make us feel like away home. Will recommend to friends if they come to Sutton Coldfield

lovely little 2 bed flat very quiet location and peacefull . 7 minuite drive to the Quay. very clean and comfortable. Anna and Christine were extremely helpful throughout our 2 week stay. looking forward to another 2-3 weeks at one of there other properties 🫡🙏

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

Thank you so much for letting us stay!! The home was so private, not overlooked by neighbours and such a quiet place. Some great walks for the dog right on the doorstep without having to get in the car which is always a bonus. Amazing garden and the hot tub was brilliant. The whole house was spotless but the bathroom especially was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here, we will definitely be retuning ✨✨!!

Great little place in central Tring. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Unit was perfect to relax after a day out and had everything needed to cook in as well. While in the center of town, was down a quiet side alley thas was very peaceful. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Tring and our stay here.

Our 3rd or 4th stay at this fab apartment but first with Kathryn as host. It was as good as we remembered. A very clean well appointed property, excellent location for the lovely town of Uppingham. Communication with Kathryn was good with very clear instructions. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Susan’s for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect location from which to explore the Cotwold’s. We visited Heythrop park for tea and cake, and wandered around the beautiful grounds, defo worth a visit. Bourton on the water is also very pretty and worth a wander, as are many of the surrounding villages. The apartment was perfectly located, and very comfy and well equipped. We felt very at home. Susan left detailed instructions for everything so we had no issues with access etc. and Susan was very flexible with check in/out times. We loved our stay here and would defo stay again, and highly recommend to anyone else :)

Really lovely stay, the place was immaculate and Dave/Debbie were really helpful. Really liked the little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks as well. Was a really nice comfortable home away from home. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks guys!

Wonderful, peaceful stay in the little cottage/house perfectly sized for 2 people. Sally was an excellant host who was accommodating and flexible with check in/out times. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in beautiful Stratford Upon Avon. Easy walking distant to the town where we found excellant resturants, Sabia Sabia is lovely Thai food, and great, friendly pubs. Had a lovely walk around the town and Shakespear Theatre. Thank you Sally, we would love to come back and highly reccommend. 🙂

Great place to stay for NEC. The short trip by the train was probably quicker to the venue than walking from most of the car parks! Great place to stay as well, comfortable and welcoming. Would stay again for sure.
