Ali's place is a well-designed and organised hidden gem - with every detail carefully considered. Clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay - the highlight for us was the small hobbit stove. The location was also ideal for getting to the sights around Skye. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Hope to book again in the future!

My Mum and I had a fantastic weekend in this gorgeous, cosy and ideally located cottage. The cottage itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is fabulous, the wood burning stove is just what you need after a day exploring! The location is ideal for visiting the island and the views from the cottage are stunning. A perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful part of the world! We loved it. Can't recommend the cottage highly enough. Julie couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

This was our second visit staying at Peter’s place. It’s unbeatable! The views, from the floor to ceiling windows are outstanding. We were lucky to see, and hear, a wide variety of wildlife. One day I watched the otter trot up to the house, jump onto the decking, and then runaround the house! Then the otter scampered up the drive, to make his way home! That made up for not seeing the aurora borealis. We have been thwarted on each visit. But the night skies were amazing, seeing different constellations, and a shooting star. I would highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was presented to a very high standard and a very practical and comfortable place to stay. A little tricky to find entrance to drive as easy to miss but is exactly as described directly opposite the sailing club. Not far from Broadford but a long drive to Portree if you prefer to be nearer a bigger town with more facilities. But very peaceful and a beautiful outlook and the cabin is off an excellent standard.
