I had an amazing stay! The apartment is perfect. It is super clean with all amenities available. The location is great, it’s really close to metro C and also to a bus stop. In addition it’s only 15 minutes from the university on foot. Annalisa and Marco are so kind and they were always available when we wanted to ask for tips. They helped us with everything and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is really close to the supermarket, Pharmacy and restaurants. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend it!

This place is amazing to stay at! Everything is as described. Right down the street there is a cafe, restaurant, and a bunch of places to walk to. The grocery store, eurospin, is right around the corner and very easy to walk to. The subway station is a three minute walk and very easy to get to center city. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, and extremely safe. There is a gate that locks and a private front door which makes it very safe. The area around is very quiet and the apartment has blackout shades which makes it perfect for sleeping as no sunlight gets in. The apartment is beautiful and the pictures accurately depict what to expect. The kitchen and living room are huge and perfect for cooking and relaxing. Alessandro was incredible to deal with and very fast in responding to any questions I had. I strongly recommend staying at this place as I stayed for seven weeks and absolutely loved it! I will definitely be back :) Overall highly recommended!!

Had a wonderful stay in this space. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which allows you to rest well, and has easy access to the metro C, so getting around the city is very comfortable. The hosts were exceptional - always attentive and willing to help. From the first moment they made me feel at home, which made my stay even better. The place was clean and well-kept. Would definitely recommend to any traveler looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay. Hope to be back soon!

Margherita is a wonderful host. She responds quickly to all messages and is very kind. Due to arriving at night, she allowed us to self check-in. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean and the most important appliances (like a bed, some of the bathroom fixtures) are new. The only downside is the location - on the outskirts of the city, but it is quite easy to get to the center (the bus from the house takes us to the end of the metro line A), so it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center, all on one ticket (valid in Rome for 100 minutes and allows for transfers). On the ground floor of the buildings there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a coffee bar, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
