A cosy studio in a great location in Totnes, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and had some really thoughtful touches, like milk left in the fridge on our arrival and tea and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Nick checking in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Also really appreciated the little play area that had been set out for my son. Would really recommend it

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

Our stay at Little Winters was wonderful; we walked straight in and felt right at home. Our hosts had done everything in such a way to make us feel comfortable and the space was totally perfect for our family. The garden was so peaceful and overlooking the valley before us it was abundant with wildlife, such a joy. Having chicken and sheep next to the garden also added to the whole feeling of the place, homely, welcoming, warm. Just like home! Thanks for having us, we would recommend Little Winters for sure!

We had an amazing stay over the New Year period. Donna and Steve were amazing hosts and very helpful with our enquiries and suggestions on where to go and what to do. The cottage itself was so cozy and warm! Under floor heating with a lovely log burner with plenty of wood ready to be used keep us nice and warm during the cold winter nights. The cottage was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely and made our stay even more magical. The beds were exceptionally cosy and luxury bed linen. Plenty of hot water for plenty of showers if you are out and about walking. Lovely walk into Totnes along the river pat (alittle hilly) and also a local pub 5 mins walk away!

Absolutely ideal for our 2 night stay. The accommodation was spotless, easy access to the town. Plenty of places in Exmouth to eat and drink. Fanchea and Barry are most helpful hosts. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Just got back from Exmouth following stay in Kate's place. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed. Place was warm and cosy. First time away with dog and no problems. After a a day of walking perfect to come back to. Would highly recommend and will be on our list to return to. Jane and family

We loved our stay here. It is in a beautiful, peaceful setting with amazing views. The couple were super friendly and have good tips with different places to visit and travel to, to see wild ponies. They made it very special for my daughter's birthday. I would highly recommend this place, and the hot tub was a big bonus!

Lovely and comfortable place. We felt safe and cosy in one of the stormiest nights this year. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you also for the continental selection for breakfast.
