Beachfront vacation rentals in Topsail Island

The Salt Box beach home was one of our families best Airbnb experiences ever! Everything about the home exceeded our expectations and made the week truly feel like our own home. Communication was excellent and we had the added bonus of Christmas decorations to enjoy in our post-Christmas vacation. The location to the beach was perfect and we highly recommend not being afraid of a beach vacation over the winter time.

The place was as pictured, walkable to the beach & restaurants/shops at the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked & the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

Amanda was great and responded quickly to my messages. She provided great instructions on how to check-in and out.

Oceanfront--direct walk out onto the beach, sunrise and coffee overlooking the ocean while sitting on the top deck, restaurants, shops, & pier close by-- we couldn't have asked for more. Our host-- Rob, was communicative and responded quickly. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked with the essentials needed to prepare a meal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this home last summer with my family and they could not have loved it more. It was such a great spot that my in laws begged me to book it again for this year's travel. We loved our stay and found wonderful restaurants to enjoy together while in Topsail. Can't wait to book again :)

This was the best Christmas my family has had. We had such a relaxing time. The home was warm and cozy but spacy. It was really chilly so we spent most days inside watching movies and painting a giant gingerbread house. We walked to the lake and looked at the lights on Christmas night. Took the kids to the lake memorial park. We truly enjoyed our time together.

Mikes home WAS a little piece of paradise. The home, yard, parking and amenities were BETTER than described. We were pleased with the private outdoor sitting at Mikes beach. The appliances were top shelf. The kitchen had everything we needed. The doggie gates were priceless. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The house was very clean. We liked having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our time on the back porch. The views are amazing. Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the perfect peaceful time we needed.

Wonderful quaint peaceful condo. Felt very comfortable and pretty views. So close to restaurants and bars and beautiful walking path right out the door. The hosts were beyond amazing and attentive, especially since we arrived Christmas Day!

With little notice of my booking due to an emergency Tina was responsive and caring and I was able to check in quickly and without issue. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay it was a blessing to have this part of trip handled so efficiently so I could concentrate on my family. In addition the condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. Bonus points for the most comfortable bed and caring hostess! Thanks Tina!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Great location - right on the ocean & super clean. We loved: waking up to sunrise & having dinner to moonrise everyday. Everything was clean & we had everything we needed. Parking was easy and always available. A swimming beach was a short walk down the block - but due to the high tides the beach itself was very small. Freeman Park is a short walk up a few blocks-it was a beautiful place to walk on the beach. Super quiet since it’s on the top - 3rd floor- of the building. We hope to return next year. This home had EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen and then some, including enough dishes and silverware to have a dishwasher full and still have enough to serve eight people. All the cookware needed. Everything was spotless. Working night lights in all the bathrooms was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the host was terrific! Six stars out of five!

This place is hard to beat on Wrightsville Beach if you're looking for an ocean view, easy beach access, and premium parking. An ideal setting for our family of 4. The balcony overlooking the beach is roomy and amazing for watching the sunrise. Several restaurants and shops are under a 5 minute walk, and grocery store a 5 minute drive away. We plan to return!

Jim and Nora were excellent hosts. They communicated so quickly. The condo is soooo clean and comfortable. Being a sea turtle lover, I felt very at home with the decor. This condo is so very close to the beach and made it so convenient for us to just go whenever we wanted. We brought binoculars and were able to see the comet each night right from the deck. The deck has an ocean view and a great place to sit and relax with coffee in AM and wine at night. We were lucky to have great weather. It was off season so Jim and Nora let us in earlier and let us leave later. What a great weekend at a beautiful place that had everything we needed! The hosts were so welcoming and generous! We will happily be back!

Absolutely stunning home! We needed a mini getaway! This was perfection. When we got there it had just snowed. The water was frozen of course you can’t help the weather. They immediately made it right with a refund for that night and kept apologizing. They were the absolute sweetest people and host I’ve come across. That meant the world to us. Very clean and neat home and very cozy! I will be back. I will always support good honest people! Definitely book this home , its extremely worth it! Private beach access is a plus!

Had an absolutely perfect trip to Gerald’s property. Everything was pristine and ample towels and linens. Totally gorgeous and RIGHT on the beach, couldn’t be closer. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!!

Great location, easy access to a secluded beach, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to restaurants and shopping! Driveway parking available for 4 cars. Kelly provided everything that was needed for a comfortable stay at the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys / games, towels and linens, disposables for laundry/dishes/bath. Second bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for two, but that was only a minor nuisance. Beautiful location!!

We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend at Christiana’s beach house! The water was surprisingly warm for the time of year and the house was perfect! We cooked all of our dinner’s in the house and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. We went out for our lunches in Surf City and found some really fun places to eat. The house is located 8-15 minutes from multiple grocery stores which is really nice. We were so comfortable at the house, with plenty of room for us all to have our own space but still enjoy game nights in the common area. The couch was comfy, the table was spacious and the bar provided extra space for the kids to sit. We really look forward to returning!

This Airbnb is perfect for a little getaway of relaxation. The listing matches the photos and they had everything we needed! Only a few steps from a private beach and walking distance to the pier + restaurants. Andy was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for your next visit!

Loved this week and Samantha was very responsive to our questions throughout the week. We loved how close to the beach we were and how quiet our surroundings were all week even being in a townhouse with neighbors on both sides. Lots of amenities from beach gear to bathroom hand soap to kitchen needs.

Shoua's place was exactly as described. It has wonderful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just a few steps away without having to cross the street. The place was clean and well-appointed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. She really thought of every family member you could possibly have, from infants to seniors. Also, having the elevator made it easy get luggage up and down. Communication with Shoua was easy. She was prompt to respond to my messages. She is a great host! I will definitely be returning.

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our 3 kids and 2 grandsons……… it was very cold while we were in town so we didn’t get outside as much as we usually do, however it’s a gorgeous spot! So close to the south end which we love! The house was very homey and comfortable for all of us! We will be back!!! Crum Family
