Monthly Rentals in Tondo

I had an excellent stay at Kyla’s unit. Ms. Kyla was very accommodating, especially with our late check-in. The location is highly convenient—walking distance to Ugbo, the mall, and several stores. My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!🤗

Allysa is a responsive host. Her unit is same as what is shown in the picture, great location as it is only a few steps in Ugbo and Deca mall. only thing is, both rooms have ac but the living room doesn't so you have to let the cool air flow from both rooms for few hours but the unit is neat and tidy, and has all the things you need for cooking which is essential. The caretaker and I had a misunderstanding with the supposed check-out hours but the host professionally handled it. Gave us discount for the charges as well. Recommended for future guests!

The location is very convenient; just a short distance from UGBO Food Park in Manila and with easy access to the NLEX Harbor Link. One of the highlights is the free parking, which is a big plus if you’re planning to explore Tondo or Divisoria. The amenities are simple yet sufficient for a comfortable and quick stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the caretaker, Elaine. She was very responsive and went above and beyond by reaching out to us after we accidentally left our important keys behind; such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you again for the wonderful stay! We’ll definitely recommend this place to others.
