My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal spot from which to explore London and then relax in comfort. The local area has an assortment of pubs, cafes and restaurants, plenty to choose from. Caroline was proactive in recommendations and as a result we had a delicious meal and fab night in the Bolingbroke pub, a five minute walk from the house. We would love to return one day.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lisa's place during our short break to Camber Sands, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach walks, and we loved exploring the nearby pubs, which offered great food and a warm atmosphere. Getting around was easy, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Lisa was a fantastic host, and we highly recommend her place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings of Camber Sands. We can't wait to return for another visit!

We had a lovely weekend in Sharon’s house, a very short walk to the expanse of Camber Sands. The house was lovely and clean and Sharon was very helpful in terms of communication and in letting us check in earlier and check out later. Easily walkable into Rye, which we did to shop and eat. Sharon’s recommendations were spot on too - The Owl in Camber and the Whitehouse in Rye were both amazing. We had a great weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Sharon’s very clean and tidy house. The house was very very nice and pretty large which we needed and in a superb location. Very nice quiet street but also very close to Church Street and all its amen. The kids playroom basement was a real bonus for our kids. Kaz was very friendly and really helped us out by letting us drop our 4 suitcases when we arrived in Stoke Newington otherwise we would have had an awkward few hours! She also let us move into the house early which was also very appreciated. Overall it was probably our best Airbnb experience to date.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

Barefoot was welcoming and very family and pet friendly, we stayed for the weekend and had an absolutely amazing time. The fire pit, African drums, comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table, clean towels for both the beach and showers. We had such a good weekend, the weather was amazing and so was the beach house more than i would expect the facility's really are amazing everything you could possible need including drinks fridge, coffee machine with pods provided, dishwasher tablets, washing machine literally you need to take nothing but food and drinks. The best Air B and B I have stayed in and would definitely go again. Thank you Mark for sharing your beautiful family beach house.

Fabulous place to stay right by the beach and not too far from Rye. The house had everything we needed to cook in and was a perfect layout for an extended family to relax and socialise. The garden was a good size with a lovely hammock and table tennis table too. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Georgina was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you

I could happily live there. Just an unbelievable stay, nestled in the mist beautiful surroundings. It was December and I never felt cold. If you need a top up there are 2 electric fires, I only occasionally used the smallest of them and it warmed up the room so quickly. It’s a lot more spacious in side than it looks on the photos. It is a small place but it works so well and the master bed and sitting area works so well. Very adequate for a family of 4. Dom is very responsive and whilst my family has to stay behind this time, I will be returning again with them to enjoy this wonderful gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Covehurst Bay. Fantastic location and facilities. Cosy cottage, spotlessly clean. Felt like great value all round.

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn House. The barn interior is lovely, done to a high standard and you feel right at home. The walks on the doorstep and the games room were particular highlights! James is a great host, who is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of days! Would definitely recommend anyone going to the area to stay here. Place was a lot bigger than I imagined and very clean. Lovely touches especially with the Christmas decorations and Tree up was so lovely. Only thing I would suggest is putting down some slabs on the grass as the grass can be wet and muddy which can cause dirt and can be very slippery! But other than that a lovely stay and will definitely be back! ❤️

We were very satisfied with this modern, well-equipped apartment located in a new area of London, close to the Underground and a good supermarket. The building itself has some attractive amenities, such as a roof-top terrace. Highly recommendable.

Guest house was clean and tidy. Bed was made up for us. Impressed by kitchen things, every cabinet was full of stuff to use, even salt, papers and oil was on shelf. There was over, over trays and things, air fryer was there, every cleaning product was there, every single things what you think about it was there. Lots of towels, beddings, sheets everything was there to use. Thank you Dan

Sarah’s place in Whitstable was perfect. We were a family of 6 (+ dogs) and it was definitely cosy but the garden and great location near the beach means we would definitely book again if coming back!

I had a wonderful stay in the top floor flat. It was right around the corner from my son’s flat so perfect for me. The location is very close to Arsenal stadium and two tube stops. There are lots of great restaurants, pubs, shops and parks within minutes of the flat. In spite of being close to so many options the flat was peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is sunny and bright. Spotlessly clean and with everything I could need. The shower was nice and hot and the bed linens and mattress were cozy. When I arrived I was met and introduced to the flat and how to easily come and go. The hosts were super responsive. I was beyond grateful that after a long overnight flight were able to hustle the clean after the previous guests left so I could have an early check in. I cannot wait to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in London! The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance to two different tube stations, making it so easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which made everything incredibly convenient. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Plus, the host was very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London!

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

Mark's place was as described: clean, quiet, comfortable, warm (even without the lovely log burner) with clear instructions for how to get there, check in, recycling etc. Also there were useful leaflets and details of walks in the vicinity. We recommend visiting Port Lympne Safari Park (book the safari drive) and also The Gatekeeper Inn at Etchinghill for tasty food. We'd love to go back in the summer to make the most of the outdoor space.

Absolutely fell in love with Lynda’s little cottage - we didn’t want to leave! It is such a gem. We felt instantly at home, it’s is so comfortable and cosy and just what we needed to recoup. The bed in particular was unbelievably comfortable and we got some of the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A small thing I would mention - the shower is positioned under a sloped roof so you can’t stand up if you’re above about 5’6, but the bath is great! Oh and be sure to pack a pair of slippers as the concrete floors are quite cold in winter. Despite this, this was still my favourite air BnB I’ve ever stayed in, it just had so much charm. Full of amazing books (it’s rare I would sit and read an air BnB host’s books on holiday, but we spent two nights reading for hours by the fire and it was bliss!) great board games, plus Linda left us milk and croissants for breakfast. A true haven and I cant wait to come back!

Primose Lodge is a fabulous small barn conversion set in the rolling East Sussex countryside. It has everything you would expect to find in this well appointed and cosy getaway. A home from home. Definitely recommend.
