Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! What a beautiful little place to stay at! Our family had a great time! Spacious cabin with all amenities. Fire pit, and hot tub were great additions! Booked the massages at Zen @ Venn which were so worth it! Do it! We didn't book the games room or pool as we had a dog and baby with us so didn't think we would be able to make full use. Some other reviews mentioned the parking, it does not take away from the atmosphere and it is not in an industrial estate, that's an exaggeration. It is right in front of the cabin and the whole stay was great. Bedrooms were big and enough space for 6 adults, a dog and a baby. Two bathrooms, shower and bath. Hosts were so responsive and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Thank you ❤️ We will be coming again!

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie Cottage. Jo was very responsive to messages and accommodating as we booked on the day of our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us grown ups and toys and chocolate left out for the little ones. The space was modern, clean and very child friendly. Only a short walk to the beach too! We would definitely return ☺️

This is a really unique experience in an amazing position with beautiful views. Amenities, Consideration and Security of accommodation are fantastic too. The boat can get a bit choppy at times which did make us feel a little queasy, but the overall experience created some great memories for myself and family and I would thoroughly recommend.

A little piece of magic in a tranquil setting, the location is perfect for beach walks and the hut is gorgeous and cosy when the fire is lit and movie on the projector - perfect stay - just felt our shoulders drop 2 inches after being there for 24 hours. highly recommend and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We will be back 🙏🏼

Definitely an area to consider for holiday, or even just to house the overflow during Christmas or other family holidays. Very clean, ample room, and location worked well. If you are looking for a place to take the kids over a weekend or break, this holiday park has plenty to offer, as does Clacton. Will definitely come again. Thanks David for everything!

Had a lovely home from home stay in Southend. I had to be down for work for 2 weeks and Molly Jane's place was just perfect for relaxing and sleeping after some long hours. The flat is very well set up and Molly Jane was a lovely and responsive host. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse, the area is very quiet, view of the fields was very nice and peaceful and the place was beautifully presented, everything was provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, water etc.. The hot tub was lovely and secluded, the only little little minor thing I would say was the wifi connection , the TV was lagging, but we connected our hotspot which sorted out the problem. Many thanks hosts for the stay :)

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. A gem of a place. Just as described. Only negatives for us, no toilet on ground floor, living room a bit small for 5 adults and one child, perfect if you have less adults,. Bedrooms good sizes for all three. Kitchen extremely well equipped, even for cooking. Christmas dinner. Very good location for seafront, shops, and very easy to find. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Samantha was incredibly prompt and helpful resolving some teething problems when the heating wasn’t working on arrival. Overall a lovely stay and the sofa was incredibly comfortable in the lounge! Our children loved the vast array of DVDs to peruse and being able to wake up to see horses. Hope to be back, thank you!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I know the surrounding area as my family lived nearby some years ago and I visited as a child. The hiuse was as described, beautifulky decorated and clean and was well equipped and supplied for our stay. The local pub the Victory is great and so is the chippy Yates' is excellent. Our children enjoyed the pier too. Our firends were keen tonlook round as they wanted to stay in the future but the house is fully booked ! Thanks and we may be back in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place in Bradwell-on-Sea with my family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!
