Perfect find for our last minute getaway after Thanksgiving. Very clean and inviting and just what I needed while working some zoom calls while there. The internet was very reliable. Easy to get in and out of. Super happy with this choice of stay! Owner was wonderful to coordinate with.

We had a fantastic stay at Evans place! Very close boat ramp. Easy check in and Evan was very quick to reply when I reached out! Highly recommend his place for a relaxing get away or even if you have a fishing tournament, there is parking for two trucks and boats. Quiet neighborhood, very secure, very nice (and helpful) neighbors! If this is available next time we come to Toledo Bend, we will book again! Thank you Evan!

Our family rented this beautiful property to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and the views were amazing. The home was super spacious and clean. We will look for this home again for our future travels.

Great place to stay to enjoy the lake or go golf. Plenty of space for family and a nice outside area to barbecue or have a fire.

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.

Place was really nice. Beds were really comfy. It was so clean and they also had a pretty Christmas tree up to make it homey. Loved it and would recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice peaceful place to stay. Shane was also very responsive to my text when I had questions when I got there.

My family and I just got home from our trip to Sam Rayburn where we had a great time. Abbie's place was awesome and we started fishing before we even unpacked the car. The house was perfect for the 4 of us but could easily fit 4 more. We had brought our 2 dogs and were able to easily keep them penned up with a baby gate. Although the wifi is a bit slow, we were able to watch shows on our prime account easily. overall great stay, and plenty of fishing fun.

This was our first time visiting Toledo Bend and we were more than excited. Mr David is the perfect host! He communicated with us to ensure we understood everything. He was the perfect host!! He definitely made us feel like family ! He checked on us to ensure we had ever needed. His guesthouse is pristine!! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay!! We will definitely be back!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

Kayla was a great host and the space was perfect for a couple getaway. The space was right on the water with plenty of private place. Will consider booking again in the future.

Great place to stay!!

Lovely place to stay. Fishermen, you get entire drive way to yourself. Clean and good water pressure for the shower. Was just a little confusing on where the unit was when showing up. I've seen other owners use a little directional sign to their units.

Great location, great getaway house at lake, great host

Very peaceful and great get away for a few days! She was very attentive to things I needed. Lots of fish caught off the pier, kayaks and paddle boat were provided as well.

I’ve booked many ABNB’s. This one was by far the best. The home looks just like the pictures- extremely clean and comfortable. The host, Marsha, is the most genuine and kind host. Goes above and beyond. She takes pride in her place- and that’s the most important thing to us. It shows. She’s done a fantastic job, and we most definitely will be booking again. 🙂. We have passed this listing on to all our family and friends.

This is a lovely old house with lots of local flavor. The back deck is perfect for gathering and grilling. Feels like home.

Stayed here for a family reunion. The house was great for our needs. The 2 full baths were nice. We each had our own bathroom. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable. As listed, there is no WiFi, however the cell service was great. I had no problems uploading or downloading videos. I was able to live stream YouTube for karaoke with just the cell service. Overall a pleasant stay.

The lil house was wonderful. It was cozy n homey feeling, had a great coffee station and nice screened porch for sipping. The only drawback was the boat shed. The bolts sticking out, the boat lift needs attention, and all the steps getting to n from the boats are treacherous. She had said it would be worked on soon in the description though. The house was worth it though n the lil window units are perfect for good cool sleeping
