My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakefront house and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views. The house is perfectly situated to showcase the stunning lake with the water sparkling under the gorgeous weather we were lucky to enjoy throughout our stay. The home itself was immaculate, incredibly clean, well maintained, with every amenity you could possibly need. Whether lounging inside or out, the sense of peace and relaxation is undeniable. We spent our days taking in the tranquil surroundings, enjoying the fresh air. And soaking up the natural beauty that seemed to envelop the entire property. The evening sunsets were simply spectacular, painting the sky in hues of pink and gold. This lake house is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking quiet picturesque escape. We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect find for our last minute getaway after Thanksgiving. Very clean and inviting and just what I needed while working some zoom calls while there. The internet was very reliable. Easy to get in and out of. Super happy with this choice of stay! Owner was wonderful to coordinate with.

The home was very welcoming, the area was quite and relaxing, the true sound of wind whispering through the trees was very soothing and relaxing. The nights were quite and peaceful, many neighbor dogs were loose but all were very friendly. No barking what so ever the night was perfect. This home is perfect if you are looking to get away from the city.

Our family rented this beautiful property to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and the views were amazing. The home was super spacious and clean. We will look for this home again for our future travels.

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.

Place was really nice. Beds were really comfy. It was so clean and they also had a pretty Christmas tree up to make it homey. Loved it and would recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice peaceful place to stay. Shane was also very responsive to my text when I had questions when I got there.

This was our first time visiting Toledo Bend and we were more than excited. Mr David is the perfect host! He communicated with us to ensure we understood everything. He was the perfect host!! He definitely made us feel like family ! He checked on us to ensure we had ever needed. His guesthouse is pristine!! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay!! We will definitely be back!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

Kayla was a great host and the space was perfect for a couple getaway. The space was right on the water with plenty of private place. Will consider booking again in the future.

Great place to stay!!

Lovely place to stay. Fishermen, you get entire drive way to yourself. Clean and good water pressure for the shower. Was just a little confusing on where the unit was when showing up. I've seen other owners use a little directional sign to their units.

Great waterfront spot. Peaceful and quiet. Clean and cozy. Perfect for bass fishermen!

My family loved this Fishing Cabin. Beautiful location and my teens had plenty to do and explore from Paddle Boats, Kayaks, Pier fishing, feeding and watching the ducks and chickens. There was even a couple of kittens next door that would visit every once in a while. The cabin had everything from books and magazines to board games and a hospitality candy bowl (kids loved this). This will be a place we return to often.

Marsha's wonderful place is a home away from home. This was not my first time to stay here and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful of a person she is. Her knowing that the reason for my stay this time was to deal with the loss of my father, she was there to bring me comfort when my heart was broken. I have gained such a wonderful friend just by staying at her home and I will always look forward to my next stay so I can also visit with her. Feeling my pain because she experienced a major loss herself earlier this year, she had just the words to bring me so much comfort. Thank you Marsha for being so good to me and always having such a wonderful and comfortable place for your guests.

This place was Large, comfy, and cozy. Great price. I cant wait to go back for my next work trip.

Stayed here for a family reunion. The house was great for our needs. The 2 full baths were nice. We each had our own bathroom. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable. As listed, there is no WiFi, however the cell service was great. I had no problems uploading or downloading videos. I was able to live stream YouTube for karaoke with just the cell service. Overall a pleasant stay.

The lil house was wonderful. It was cozy n homey feeling, had a great coffee station and nice screened porch for sipping. The only drawback was the boat shed. The bolts sticking out, the boat lift needs attention, and all the steps getting to n from the boats are treacherous. She had said it would be worked on soon in the description though. The house was worth it though n the lil window units are perfect for good cool sleeping
