This is the second time my friends and I have booked Tokuaki's BnB. We love it just as much as the first time back in 2018. Very spacious and clean. Close to many attractions and train station but still very peaceful. Very easy to get to and from Narita Airport using the airport limousine bus at the Metropolitan Hotel. Tokuaki is very responsive and helpful, a great host with a lovely home. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Mari and Riku are great hosts. They prepared a list of recommendations in airbnb and we tried some of it, we loved it so much. Their instructions for check-in was easy to follow and the check-in time is flexible as well. House amenities are adequate and well maintained. They also offered to send us to train station when we check-out, which is great! Location is good which able to get us to countryside and city easily.

It was very clean and a pleasant stay! The dogs were also relaxing! The host is also kind and I want to stay again. Thank you so much!

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. I went with 3 families with a dog and a child ^_^ It was a very beautiful house and the water was clean!! The terrace was also very spacious and we enjoyed the BBQ together in a nice space ^_^ It was very good that the children and dogs were able to play on the terrace ^_^ I'd love to stay again ^_^

I used it as a group of 9 high school classmates on my trip at the end of the year.We enjoyed playing basketball and soccer in the garden after check-in.After that, I was refreshed in two water baths: a very large sauna, a natural outdoor bath, and plenty of room.We had a good time at night with cooking and karaoke.

Higashinami Review “Is this a foreign place?”It was a different world space for everyone. It is definitely the # 1 vacation home in your life. As you drive for a prominent large palm tree, you'll see a huge pure white building.Open the door to a luxurious Tiffany blue interior with a huge pool and sauna.In the large garden, the dog ran right out. Lol It is a beautiful natural grass that is well-maintained, so you can rest assured no matter how much you run.The owner is also a super dog lover. There is a cabin in the corner of the garden where you can have a BBQ and it's a charcoal fire!!No matter what I baked, it was delicious. And the amenities are too luxurious!! Refa hair dryer/hair iron/shower head, cosmetics lotion/serum and aesop hand soap.You can't use all-you-can-eat all of this. Several people flourish with karaoke, a few with mahjong, and finally a heated pool for everyone.It's great to have warm water with a heater that can be enjoyed even in the winter. Kinkin's cold 5L draft beer and free sparkling wine are also perfect. I had the best time in my life with my great friends! And I booked it again and again as I checked out. Lol Many thanks SEADINERS for the best time!!

It was a clean, spacious, and a very nice house.The sunset while looking at Mt. Fuji was exceptional.The fish and sashimi recommended by Hiroshi were exquisite and I was very impressed with the whole family.It was a very relaxing and wonderful vacation.Thank you very much.

It was my first time using it. I booked it because the old house was original, so I was a little worried about the facilities. I was impressed by the beautiful interior and well-equipped facilities that were soon gone without worries. We stayed for about 2 days and would like to stay again.

My wife and one dog stayed for 2 nights.There are limited places where dogs can be present, but there is also a dog run, and it is a separate fee, but I also experienced the tent sauna for the first time and enjoyed it. In the evening, I went to the shop I wanted to go to, but I also had a bonfire and BBQ, and baked local seafood for breakfast outside. On the second day, it was such a facility next door, so it was noisy, but the private space was kept with trees, and it didn't bother me that much. The facility was also quick, and it was nice to be able to extend the checkout. We'd love to go again.

It was a stylish space, and it was a convenient space with a lot of relaxation. The host was also friendly, and I trusted me to stay. The futon and sofa were the best to use!

The building was more beautiful than the photos, with a BBQ and sauna, and we had a full time. I brought two pets with me, but there was also an artificial grass garden, and there was even a dog toy toilet in the room, making it a highly recommended villa for those who have pets! We'd love to visit you again if we get the chance! Thank you for the fun space!

I used it as a night before fishing.I was relieved to receive a kind response from the time of booking. The road to get to the inn is a little narrow, but the parking lot was wide and the car was easy to park. There was even a folding table and chairs in the room, and I had a pleasant time eating dinner. The bunk bed is also well made, so you can sleep with peace of mind. We would like to stay there again.
