Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Toggenburg District

I was in the house together with my parents and sister with 2 children Everyone felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is great and decorated with a lot of love. There's really nothing missing. The house is very suitable for children, it has a lot of toys, 2 cribs, baby monitor, etc.

We had a wonderful winter week in Oberdorf. The location of the house is really casual; from the house right on the skis or on foot on the hiking trail, Sünnele on the Bänkli in front of the house or reading in Stübli- everyone will find something. The house itself has everything you need & more. The warmth of the tiled stove takes some patience, but it's definitely worth heating. Good to know: when we arrived on Saturday, the snowmaking systems ran in Oberdorf, all the time until the next morning. One of them is positioned right next to the house. Yes, it is already making noise & we were relieved when it was turned off on the day. All the days after, the facilities were not activated 😊 & we were able to enjoy the days all around. Thank you Urs for the hospitality!

Everything was perfect at Janine's place. We especially loved the view and the personal interior design. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Janine is a great host and very helpful.

Great place to stay, we were absolutely satisfied. Well stocked kitchen. Super location. And also the communication with Sibylle was easy and very warm. We will be happy to come back!

+ Very cozy apartment, lots of space. + decorated with love, although partly a matter of taste + warmly prepared (welcome surprise, fireplace ready, etc.) + Absolutely brilliantly equipped, lots of stock (kitchen utensils, dishes, fondue utensils/racelette oven, washing tablets, even basic foodstuffs such as flour, vinegar/oil, spices, garbage bags, washing/dishwashing detergent, tabs, etc.) - EVERYTHING YOU NEED! + Nearby shopping +Skilft in front of the house (Amden ski resort, too little snow with us) + Arvenbühl ski resort with children's slopes reachable in 5-10 minutes by car, plenty of parking + Super host & organization, friendly, informative yet reserved +/- Inside chalet flair, but the house itself is more of a "packaged chalet" (old building clad in wood) - For our taste only too many carpets, skins, etc., which was slightly detrimental to the perceived hygiene/cleanliness. But you can put it aside - Cleanliness not 10/10, but good, especially wet rooms, kitchen

Overall, this was my 3rd stay with Annina and Nico. As before, it was just perfect all around. The accommodation is really nice and I can only recommend, especially if you attend a seminar at the WBZ, as it can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Very comfortable apartment at the foot of the spectacular Santis. Beautiful views from the porch, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and very well priced. Great and very friendly communication with Pascal. The Santis gondola station is a very short drive/short walk from the place. Definitely will come back to this area in the summer, and would love to stay here again.

We had a delightful stay with Laura and Hans-Ernst.

Very nice spacious apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. The dishwasher was also great. If something is missing, you can borrow it from Matthias. Matthias is nice and helpful. You have to bring your own spices, sugar, oil, vinegar. It only has a few coffee capsules and a stocked salt and pepper shaker. Our daughter was very happy to help in the stable.

We loved staying at Werner's place. It was perfect for a few days stay, allowed us easy access Appenzell, and was a great spot for us to disconnect. The home was great, very quiet, clean, and had trails right out the door. Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot just outside of town.

well-furnished apartment in winter near cross-country skiing and ski slope, in summer good starting point for hikes in Toggenburg. Beautiful views and cozy, family friendly. The landlords are very friendly and always available.

This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Priskus and his wife were warm and welcoming. We had a nice stay in their house. We chatted with him and his wife and they are very helpful, they made us breakfast in the morning and it was very good with good product. The hot tub was at our disposal and Priskus prepared us delicious cocktails that we enjoyed very much!! Thanks to Priskus and his wife Sylvia who were very respectful and kind to us 😊

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.
