Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Lovely apartment close to city Center, ETH & Uni

Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

Sunny bright apartment

The bright apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Niederdorf, 10 minutes walk from the main train station. All shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The studio is furnished to a high standard and has an Internet-enabled TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi.
