An absolutely delightful property. Quiet, comfortable, pleasant, peaceful, beautiful views. Lots of lovely walks within a few minutes driving. Owners very helpful and kind.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and clean and the huge TVs in each bedroom was a massive plus for us. The kids loved the game room and none of us wanted to leave. The surroundings are also lovely. We hope to stay here again soon!

The property was in the perfect location for a family event. Really clear instructions to find the property. The home was spotless and incredibly cosy. One elderly guest though did struggle with the narrow stairs but this is on them not on the fabulous property. A lovely place to stay.

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We thoroughly recommend staying at Jim and Jen's beautiful cottage, they are very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and the cottage will make you feel right at home. The surrounding area is lovely with stunning views on every walk and Barrowford is full of pubs and restaurants. The hot tub is a great addition and well needed after a long day's walking. Thanks again.

This was a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to the town centre (via a steep hill) and had everything we needed. Good communication from the host. We would happily return.

We booked the cottage for our nephew and his wife and two young daughters who were visiting us (we live nearby) from London. I hadn't booked it before but wouldn't hesitate to book it again. They loved how cosy it was and it also had everything they needed for their stay. Claire had provided an extremely generous amount of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and other goodies which they very much appreciated. Claire was really quick to respond to any questions I had in the run up to their stay and was also very kind and helpful regarding their checkout day when we had heavy snow.

Visiting friends nearby so the place was ideal. Very friendly host that had everything you’d need for staying in Oswaldtwistle.

This is our second time at Avril’s place. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. Thanks again Avril for a lovely stay.

Tina’s place is beautiful, stylish and spacious. I had to be in clitheroe for a personal matter rather than a holiday but the apartment was a perfect retreat when I needed peace and quiet. I also really liked clitheroe! I would highly recommend Tina’s place and hope to come Back again one day.

Second stay in the property and fabulous again. Jukie adds little touches that make such a difference snacks, breakfast items and the cottage was decorated for Christmas. We will be booking again. Thank you Julie for your hospitality Jill & Paul

This is my 2nd stay here & I could not recommend the home or host more highly. Jules really went the extra mile with the Christmas decorations & the flat itself is not only fantastic but so is the location with great walks right on the door stop!

Man’s communications were excellent and the stay was exactly what we were looking for. Given the location the price was extremely reasonable for the size of the property. Mak was even kind enough to gift desert which was delicious!

Great home with huge rooms and plenty of space for our guests. Lots of ammenities throughout the property and beautiful grounds. Would be helpful to include a guide on how to use the hotub as struggled to get the temperature right. Overall a great stay!

We have had the most wonderful Christmas Day at the Lakehouse. The property is absolutely beautiful , it’s clean, homely, warm, spacious, cosy- the list is endless! Paul and Victoria were helpful and responsive. We would absolutely love to go back again. Thank you!

We had the most incredible weekend at Adam’s place, the photos do not do it justice! We used his property to celebrate my last minute wedding due to a family member being quite poorly. The whole team could not have done more for us & responded to any queries we had in a matter of minutes. There was always someone from the team on hand to assist us. We were welcomed with cake and a lovely hamper which was so thoughtful. The memories we have made as a family have been unforgettable and it’s all thanks to Adam and the team for being so accommodating to our needs. The property is absolutely stunning and we are hoping to plan another trip in the future. It was truly truly amazing. My whole family absolutely loved it! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Had a great stay with Sarah! Room had a very homey, comfortable feel. Tons of amenities provided as well. And the host was lovely and very friendly.

A wonderful half term long weekend with our teenagers. Super quiet location, but close enough to Lancaster to make a dash into the city easy. Smashing property with jus the right mixture of character and modernity. Will be back.

Jerry was so nice and helpful host. The place was amazing and ideal location for our daughter’s 30th Birthday. The place was spotless and everything about the stay was perfect. We would highly recommend using Jerry, I know we will.
