The location was perfect & safe, home was clean, & overall a great home. We enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brandon and their property highly enough. We will be looking to return for another visit soon!

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

My son and I stayed for a weekend. The apartment is neat and clean. The hosts were helpful and responsive. It was easy to access all of Oxford from this location. Highly recommend.
