Waterfront vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

We had a great stay at Radovans place. He arranged to pick us up from the airport and transport us to the accommodation on arrival. He showed us into the place and let us know if local recommendations in conjunction with his son Damir who spoke stronger English. The place was clean and had a washing machine which we utilized during our stay, as well as a fully equipped kitchen which was great. The location was great given it was on top of a supermarket and walking distance to a bakery across the road, a green grocery and multiple other shops. 5 min walk to the port where we did a boat tour and close to many restaurants. 20 min walk to the main bus station on Tivat which can take you to any major city in Montenegro. Damir was kind enough to assist us with explaining the bus system and letting us know of the timetable. Highly recommend anyone to stay here if you plan to base yourself in Tivat!

The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea and promenade are just a 2-minute walk away, and supermarkets are about a 15-minute walk. The only downside is that the view faces the road, so it's more pleasant to keep the curtains closed.

Tatijana has left an unforgettable mark on our vacation and in our hearts with her attitude, recommendations and immaculate, wonderfully scenic house that she offers us. Everything in the house was clean and adequate. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Not to mention the peaceful location of the house, its proximity to Kotor Old Town and walking distance to a lot of beaches to swim. We thank him very much for everything and we are looking forward to come back to Montenegro and stay there again.

We stayed here for a week and we are coming back next year! What an amazing apartment, Sonja was super helpful, we asked for sun lounger cushions and we had them the next day. Couldn’t fault a single thing and Sonja went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️

Great location a few minutes walk from the city center, beach and port. Very nice host, easy communication. Clean and nice space. There is everything we need for your stay including seasonal fruits and good drink :). Bakery, grocery and a lot of good restorants are 2 min walk from the appartment. Recommend!

Amazing location, close to Waikiki beach and Porto Montenegro. Kosovka was a great host, always quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described in the post.

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

We had a fantastic week at Veselin's place. The location of the house is really unbeatable, with a fantastic view! Particularly noteworthy is how helpful, proactive and present Veselin and his wife were. They welcomed us very much from the beginning and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. The apartment was sparkling clean and there was no concern that Veselin would not have solved immediately. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

I have stayed in many Airbnb places and this is simply the best! Great decor, every comfort possible including a very comfortable bed and a great shower with good pressure. Lovely balcony sit out on and for drying the washing. The sign of an A+ host is one who leaves all those necessities for using the dishwasher and the washing machine. All those cleaning materials were provided and much appreciated, as well as water and apple juice in the fridge and a lovely bottle of wine. Such attention to detail makes a stay very easy, comfortable and Bosko cares about his guests feeling very welcome. Bosko very kindly organised taxis for me to and from the lovely apartment, as well as someone to help me carry my luggage up and down because of an injury I was unable to do that. Also communications were very quick and helpful and I appreciated Bosko checking in to make sure everything was going well. He is truly a host who wants the best for those who stay. Mine was excellent. Thank you Bosko 🙏

We are a family of four who stayed in the apartment for six nights. It's a superb apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a very large rooftop terrace. One of the best things about the apartment was being able to step out of the house and jump straight into the water. I recommend having a car so you can take day trips to beaches, villages, and other attractions. Danielle's apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car to Tivat and 20 minutes to Kotor.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
