An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

Veselin's place is perfect! The apartment is right on the water (only a small street in between) and thus you have a wonderful view of the sea, the coast and the mountains. The apartment is large and very well appointed. Particularly beautiful is the direct terrace in front of the door, ideal for breakfast or dinner overlooking the beautiful landscape. We would especially like to mention the incredible hospitality of Veselin and his wife. Veselin has a lot of knowledge about the history of the country and is happy to share it. We were able to learn a lot and received great tips from him. Due to the cordiality of the two, we felt right at home. Staying here is highly recommended!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Everything was great. Lovely house, friendly hosts, perfect location.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Beautiful cottage, in a quiet and beautiful location. We had a great rest, fried fish, grilled meat and bathed in the jacuzzi. We drove to all the attractions. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more, the first time I meet such, just great! Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality 🩷

Great place we found last minute due to a different accommodation cancelling on us. Very close to Porto Montenegro. Kosovka waited for us to arrive late into the evening and although she did not speak English she informed us about the resident tax that needed paying the next morning. She also brought us some homemade wine to try which was lovely! Would recommend here, simple accommodation but all that was needed and friendly host. Thank you!

Perfect location if you are renting a car, everything is nearby. Host was very nice and everything looked clean and modern. It is located on quite a big hill which can have loads of cars coming up and down - something to keep in mind. Pricing is great. Just a few bugs

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect in every way. The apartment was clean, large and had everything we needed. It was also located in central Tivat which meant we could walk to all of the local restaurants. We visited the cable cars, Kotor and the national park. The buses were not the easiest to figure out but there are taxis available. I would highly recommend this apartment. Maja was very quick to respond to messages and sent us recommendations of places to eat which was useful. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😊

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

Tonica and her brother are very friendly, great people and hospitable. The apartment is well located, very close to Porto Montenegro and Tivat airport. It's in a higher and quite quiet area. The house has everything you need, it is very well equipped. Thanks for the sympathy. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great location I’m a residential area with short walk to the beach and Porto Montengro easily walkable. Lovely modern apartment with sea view in the distance from living room and balcony. Very peaceful.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Cozy and clean apartments with all amenities. Nice view from the window. The living room and room are air-conditioned. There is a washing machine. Pleasant interior. For those who drive, the location is great. Walking distance to the center is 35-40 minutes or 5-10 minutes by car, the airport is a 5-minute drive.

The apartment is enjoyable, spacious, clean, and has everything needed. Communication with Miodrag and his wife was smooth, making check-in, check-out and general stay very pleasant. The location is suitable for visiting the Luštica Peninsula and reaching the closest beach in a 5-minute walk. Happy to choose this place, mainly due to the astonishing view of the bay from the balcony!

Apartment it's very clean and good equipped with everything. Market & restaurant are close, also the public transport. Nice place, area and host my recommendation.

This was an excellent place, Milo’s was a very responsive host. Our flight got delayed, and we arrived about 6 hours late in the middle of the night and yet he was nothing but helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!

Brandon, We will remember for many years and it has provided us with an experience that we will definitely recommend to everyone, It has offered us the peace of mind to feel at home in the most orderly of the houses we have stayed in so far. very detailed and finely prepared, an experience that really deserves 5 stars... At the entrance, every detail including breakfast was presented and thought out for our comfort. There was a great gift and preparation for our honeymoon, we highly recommend it!!!
