Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

From the beginning, to the middle, to the end of our stay, Laura and Nic were exceptional hosts who we know we will definitely keep in touch with as we plan on returning. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to make it your home away from home. Hearing the church bells in the morning made me stop and reflect, my morning tea on the terrace looking towards the sea became a routine and opening the windows seeing the mountains each day gave me peace. The walk up to the apartment gives you a workout but worth it and be sure to walk further up to the church for more spectacular views. Thank you again!

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

It was an amazing time spent at Boris's house. The house is 150 years old, consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy kitchen, on the second floor there is a living room. Everything was clean and cozy. The furniture is not new, but it created a flavor. There is a small garden with flowers that we watered and sprayed with water from the hose. In the heat, it was very useful). The place is very quiet, but there is everything you need nearby, good shops, ATM and road access to the beaches. The hosts were very caring and quick to respond to requests. Would definitely recommend!

Oksana's place is a really nice, well equipped house with all necessities, good size rooms, big balcony and veranda. We happened to visit Tivat during the heatwave and the temperature was rising up to 42C, so AC was helping a lot. Still it was too hot in the bedrooms at night. The house is about 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and perhaps about 25-30 minutes walk to the centre (or a taxi, which is very cheap in Tivat). Several shops nearby withing the walkable distance. Oksana's representative has met us at the airport and shown several places of interest on the way and around the house. Overall check-in and out experience was wonderful.

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Really lovely little apartment within walking distance of Tivat and within driving distance of all of Montenegro’s major attractions! Goriana’s sister was always on hand to help us out with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Lovely clean apartment with a stunning view!!

The accomodation was perfect! The location is amazing. It’s in the nicest part of Tivat. We had considered other accomodations nearby and were so glad we chose this one. Nikola was always responsive and recommended restaurants and other shops to us. Any question I had was answered very quickly. And clear introductions on how to get in. We parked in the public car park which is right next to the accomodation and very cheap. Beds Queen bed in bedroom was comfortable Sofa bed in living room did not get in the way as the space is large. And it’s easy to pull in and out The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked with some tea and instant coffee and paper towel, extra toilet paper, plenty of extra towels and the washing machine was useful to wash them if you want to. The terrace was fantastic, such an amazing view and the apartment is well soundproofed. The pools are great! The smaller one is basically your own private pool. We loved it here and would recommend to anyone!

We had a good time at Drazen's house, 25 minutes walking from the town center. Everything was good, Drazen was an amazing host, and even he brought us tasty figs from his garden. :)

Jelena is a great and responsive host. The apartment is simple but has everything you might need for a short summer vacation, as I had. The location is excellent, it's really easy to walk to the beach from the apartment. Also, the bus stops at other places in Montenegro are very close

great stay at arsenij who was always available for us. The balcony of the apartment was very spacious and gives a nice view of the bay. The price is very reasonable, the apartment is large. small downside lacks a little equipment ( kitchen). feel free to book Arsenij's apartment.

The renovated house, offers all the comforts expected. Well equipped, functional, very clean, it is located with "feet in the water" . Tatjana is very helpful, friendly and offers good advice. Perfect for discovering the mouths of Kotor.

Stefan's place is unique. Quiet neighborhood yet close to interesting places. I had direct contact with Stefan's sister, who is very kind and respectful of the privacy of the guests. From the very beginning, we felt like we were among loved ones. Stefan's mother provided us with delicious cookies and great charcuterie of her own. The house had everything we needed. Although Stefan was on the go, he took care of us remotely and I got plenty of restaurant recommendations from him. Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. A separate entrance and a separate part of the garden does not interfere with the houses. I highly recommend this place because of its charm, but most because of the great people.
