We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

It was great to stay at Andy's place! We had a last minute trip to upstate New York for the New Year's eve and we found this rental. We want our family gathering to be memorable and just be family, and this place made us feel like home.

This place is even nicer than the photos. Joann was very kind and hospitable to us and our older puppy that took a strong liking to her and kept running over the hill to her place. Sunrise and Sunset are beautiful here, the kitchen very well stocked and much more spacious than it seems in the photos. The hot tub worked perfectly and everything was very clean and comfy. We'd love to visit again!!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

Sean's place was filled with character - from the sculptures to wood finishes. Even the lake right outside back with the swimming bucks catered to the ambiance. This place is only for those looking for a relaxed, laid back environment.

We were in and out so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but appreciated the Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, pleasant and functional bathroom, and noticed the washer and dryer and dishwasher. We did not cook, but kitchen appeared well stocked with pots and dishes had we needed to. All was as described, clean and comfortable. The little house on the park met our needs!

ken was great easy to deal with easy to talk to any time i had needed his help with anything got back to me right away it was a relaxing place to be not far from downtown ithaca or owego would be the places to go out and eat or shop wegmans supper market in down town ithaca is awesome so can go out eat party up or stay at the house chill light up the pit or the grill has a great old school radio unit i was able to bring my fur babys i have 3 german shepherds one is 8 one is going on 3 and my pup is going on 5 months that alone is such a big deal it is hard enough to be able to take one fur baby and ken had no issue with my 3 thanks ken for a great stay

My friends and I had a great stay here. The property is beautiful. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home. She was communicative and responsive.

Great place to stay. We visited in the winter, want to come back in the summer. Nice, clean, quiet place. Convenient to restaurants.

My now husband and I stayed here for the weekend of our wedding. The house itself was lovely, the surrounding land was absolutely beautiful. David answered all the questions I had leading up to our stay and was super friendly.

Such a wonderful spot! Eight of us spent Christmas here and had a great time. We had everything we needed to cook all our big meals. Every room in the house is beautifully decorated and very well thought out. The beds are really comfortable. The fenced off area for the dog to run was such a bonus! So many good things to say! We left something behind and Evan was great with getting it shipped back to us. Highly recommend staying here :) Thank you so much for having us, Evan and Stephanie!

David’s place was great! We were in Ithaca for a swim meet. The house was cozy and worked perfect! It was so thoughtful of him to have some breakfast items available! Would love to return next year!!

Book ASAP! Needed a couples getaway with my fiance and Evans place was absolutely perfect for that. The house was in a very quiet and peaceful area with amazing amenities. We definitely took advantage of the beautiful fire pit area and got a chance to warm up in the hot tub as well. The spotless kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for any meal. The home was stocked with all the linens you could ever need including towels for the hot tub. Such a great weekend spent here and would definitely stay here again!

Everything is thoughtfully designed and supplied. We love staying here whenever we visit.
