Stephanie and John were absolutely excellent house. They went above and beyond to be sure that my stay is perfect. I felt right at home and I most certainly appreciated their attention to detail as well as the importance they place upon maintaining the historical value of this most beautiful and historically significant property.they took time out of their schedule to show me around and share with me all of the details of the families that have owned this estate. I already have plans to come back with my family members to get to enjoy this beauty and their company in the fall at Christmas time and of course in the spring as well!

I'm so impressed with everything with this place!! just stayed for one night but wished I stayed longer!! had ny doggie with me and this place was so dog friendly even had supplies and treats for him and for us!! snores and Firestarter!! I will be back for sure!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grayhaven. Our room was clean and comfortable. Alexis is a wonderful host. She was thoughtful with providing everything necessary to ensure her guests have a pleasant experience. We will definitely return and will be recommending Grayhaven to friends and family.

Honestly one of the most beautiful and peaceful this far of places I have visited, the room was not big but it didn’t feel cramped and it was very neat. I loved that they had a record player, and even without thinking it I had bought some in Ithaca thinking where I was going to play them not knowing they had one in the room already, so that was a good addition to their room. I definitely recommend staying here if you have a city life, their back garden had a fire place with hammock to lay on, that’s the best bit if you go with more people because they give you logs and s’mores to make on them which I think is awesome. 10/10 do recommend

This place is adorable. I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was just right for what I needed. Super cute decor- beautiful grounds. The bed was very comfortable as well. Alexis was an absolute sweetheart. I feel like I have friends in Ithaca- and plan to visit again. Thank “y’all” for making this Texan feel so welcome. ❤️

We stayed here 4 months ago & had a lovely time in a large rm with beautiful brick walls, overlooking the river & bridge. When we were in the area this time, we took the opportunity to stay again. We arrived in a snowstorm, & she kept the kitchen open late for us. This was much appreciated! Staff were all welcoming. Stayed in a smaller room this time but amenities were just as good (no view of the river, but easy access to the wonderful 2nd fl balcony with the view). Lunch & dinner at the downstairs Dugan House Restaurant is delicious, for both trips we’ve eaten there quite a few times. (Note: it is closed Sundays) Breakfast was in town, an easy walk: across the street & down a few shops: Carol’s Coffee & Art Bar (we purposely passed by the Dunkin Donuts!) I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

I usually don’t write reviews about amazing places as I want to keep for them myself but our stay here was just so perfect that I have to say a few words. The owners have restored the rooms beautifully so you don’t want to leave… coziness, location, all the amenities you need and the beds are so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of them. We were traveling with our dog and he was very welcomed as well (make sure you ask for a dog friendly room). Our room and bathroom were huge and nicely appointed and the location is a short driving distance to the freeway and the finger lakes. There is a tavern downstairs (indoor and outdoor dining) where we enjoyed cocktails and a very yummy dinner. The little town of Owego is very quaint as well, and fun to walk. The owners have thought of every detail and are wonderful to talk to. Thanks again for a lovely stay… we will be back! The Grahams

Very, Very happy with our stay. Suite is beautiful bed is so comfortable. Slept very well. Balcony is a plus for a view of the river in AM or PM. Restaurant directly below rooms does not disappoint. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank You!
