Monthly Rentals in Timor-Leste

I had a great time staying with Marion at her place in Dili. She is very friendly and helpful when it comes to navigating around Dili and getting information about Timor-Leste. You can walk about 7-10 minutes up the street and under the bridge to catch many of the mikrolets and there is the number 11 that goes right past her home. I stayed in the upstairs bedroom which has a private bathroom attached to it and a fridge with a freezer. There's also AC in the bedroom and in the lounge. The apartment was clean and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies (utensils, pots and pans, French press coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, etc.) in case you want to prepare meals yourself. She also has two friendly cats and a big fluffy Husky and they all like people. I also met a lot of great people through her. I recommend staying here if you come to Dili.

Noman’s villa was the perfect home base for my work trip to Dili. It was centrally located, secure, private, spacious, clean, & had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Noman and his family went above and beyond: during the papal visit when everything was closed, they provided a generous and delicious home cooked meal for me to enjoy because they were worried I didn’t have access to food. Highly recommend!

Joy’s home is perfectly located in Dili. It is within a neighbourhood with very friendly locals opposite Timor Plaza (useful for groceries, restaurants, telecommunications etc.) and is also next to some very useful Microlet routes! The home itself is of outstanding value - an entire home (with very welcomed air conditioning) for a lesser price than that of hotels in Dili. Joy has been a wonderful host, very swift and helpful in her communications. As this was our first time in Dili she helped us with transport from the airport with her colleague Amito - Amito was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our trip. I do recommended learning about how the house fits into the history of Timor-Leste!
