Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! For sure recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!! Thank you, Tamara!

Beautiful place in the heart of Little Italy! Gorgeous rooftop views. Great night sleep! And walkable to anywhere in Little Italy. We actually enjoyed the planes flying overhead and it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Between that, the hum of the city, the waterfront view…honestly this place has it all!

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

Great location right at the start of Little Italy. Location easy to find just have to park on the street initially to run in and grab the garage door remote. Parking space is on the smaller, a big SUV would be a tight squeeze. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooftop patio was relaxing. Earthquake hit during our stay, 10/10 construction

Excellent house would certainly be my first option when I return, the facilities are super nice and nice as shown in the images has everything you need , it feels like a home is very welcoming , and the response of the host is always available and very friendly , 100% recommended

Great safe place to stay, the apartment was small but convenient two bathrooms two rooms.

The place was easy to find and the security staff on the property were helpful and friendly also gave good recommendations. Evan was very responsive and proactive so extra points for that any issues he had it taken care of right away. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place with good proximity to things to do in the Rosarito area. Also the view was very nice, relaxing and peaceful

Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

Everything was as listed, no complaints! Parking is very secure, and water pressure is good, hot water too! The host made everything clear on the listing and her welcoming you once you arrive made it better.

I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s Airbnb! The condo was super clean, just as described, and the ocean scenery was absolutely amazing. Chris was not only incredibly friendly and helpful but also highly professional, ensuring everything was smooth from start to finish. He was very flexible with check-in, which made our arrival stress-free, and always available to answer any questions. The location was great, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. I also felt completely safe with the gated parking, which was a great bonus. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend staying here for a clean, safe, and well-managed stay with a fantastic host!

Love staying here. It’s close to a small plaza and the plaza 2000. Very comfortable apartment with its own kitchen. I love the fact that it had AC as well. Spotless and clean! Definitely coming back soon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤠
