Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Really great place with an incredible view of the sea. Andrew was super responsive and helpful the whole time and connected us to a driving service that made it very easy to get around Bodrum. Will definitely be back

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

this is one of those AirBNBs (and hosts for that matter) that are SO GOOD, that I hesitate to share it for fear that I'll never be able to book it again :). Loved our stay - loved the view - loved the care our host took with us.

It was a perfectly nice experience. House is more than the photos. It has a unique style , very large, ellegant furnitures and fabulous view which you can watch the Argean sea and the ships from the windy garden . It is very suitable for big families. There are all details at home . Alex was a very kind and interested host. Higgşy reccomended.

thanks to serdar’s hospitality and his wonderful apartment, my family and I had an unforgettable vacation in tugutreis. Very convenient location, 5 min walking to sea side and supermarkets. Quick response whatever what you ask. All locations recommended by him are worth visiting, I wish I can visit again!

We came for some October sun having never been before to Turkey & loved the country & Köksals house. We had two couples with a teenager each so all had own room & the house was perfect for this. Koksal could not have been more helpful with anything we asked. Within walking distance is a lovely beach, supermarket, bakery & some bars & restaurants. It was a little quiet as some of the bigger places had closed for the season but we liked that & still plenty to explore. It was an hour from airport in a taxi & about 35 mins from Bodrum but easy to get a bus there & back. Pool was huge & able to do lengths! Local taxis always available as rank 5 mins walk away. Local people very friendly. Check out the Radisson 5 mins away as really nice shopping bit alongside it with bars & restaurants that you can go to, you don’t need to be a guest. Also the boat trip from local harbour highly recommend (bal mahout) we did it twice as loved it! We hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

Beautiful house, extremely comfortable and very clean. Easy check in and check out and early check-in/ late checkout accommodated! Lovely clean pool, playground great for kids, citrus fruits growing in the grounds... bliss!

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Omer’s place was an absolute dream! The house was even more incredible than it looked in the photos and had everything we needed. The location was the perfect base in Yalikavak and convenient to other parts of the island - we rented a car and explored so much. We were very comfortable during our stay and Omer was a great host who made the best local recommendations! There was an issue with water supply in the region our first night, but Omer fixed it immediately and we were so impressed with his responsiveness. I can’t wait to return to Bodrum and stay at Omer’s place!

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

A nice, minimalist villa in a very serene area. The sea view is amazing, with spectacular sunsets. The house location is perfectly located between Yalikavak and Gumusluk. Easy access to several public (closest one is 2 min drive) and private beaches. Car is essential. If there is anything amiss with the house, or if you need any assistance or local recommendations Civan is always super responsive. The house was initially a little hard to find, but Civan and team ensured we got clear directions. Will most definitely come back again, I think this location lends itself to being a quiet retreat with a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Bodrum. Pool was checked for water quality/ cleaned every 3 days.

Yavuz Selim is very responsive, we checked in super late he was cool about it. Also out arrival a bit late than we expected. he reached out us to confirm situation. there's a instructions in the kitchen you can address your needs.

We loved the pool, and the tranquility of the place. If you need some time of from Daily stress I highly recommend this place. Yanki is a very good host, and always replied fast. We are very happy with our stay in the stone villa.
