Monthly Rentals in Thurmond

We book many Airbnbs and Heather’s worked out great! We went to hike New River Gorge NP and surrounding SP. Her home is very close to Canyon Rim Visitor Center and Thurmond Historic District. She is a little further from Grandview, and Sandstone Visitor Center, but, all are drivable and worth seeing. She provides excellent binders of hikes, waterfalls, and overlook tours. We felt at home in her duplex. We were able to cook meals and enjoyed watching the birds out the kitchen window. Heather provided all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. She was very responsive when we had a couple of questions and even stopped by when we asked her. It was nice to meet her. If you are looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay that is convenient to a host of activities, this should work for you. We highly recommend and would stay here again. This is my third time in West Virginia and the greenhouse was by far my favorite place to stay. Everything was so clean and perfect. The mattress and the pillows were very comfy. I slept better there than at my own home lol thanks!!!!

It was a great place for both adults and children. The children loved the outdoor areas, the large TV and the table that we played games on. The adults liked the privacy, 2 separate bathroom areas, kitchenware and easy access to the host with any questions/concerns we had. It was a great place to relax after sightseeing. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the New River Gorge area. The washer/dryer were great to have available for use after rainy/muddy weather.

This charming cottage was perfect. It feels much bigger than it looks and what the pictures depict. Exceptionally clean! The spacing of bedrooms and the living room gave everyone plenty of personal space. Small touches like coffee filters and creamer make this host GREAT! Outdoor space was great for Smore's on the firepit. Very close to the Grandview portion of the National Park.
