Family-friendly vacation rentals in Thọ Quang

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly, and it was the Danang fireworks period. He booked the sky36 bar vip in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with the flames burst right in front of me.

Amazing house and team! We really enjoy the location, peaceful and with a lot of restaurants and amazing spa nears. The breakfast included was really good, also the transportation from the airport (we really appreciate it). Lam coordinate everything for us, she was an amazing host. We definitely will back!

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

Very responsive, and loved the place - access is a bit of a walk and it would be hard if you are with children and carrying heavy luggage as its a short 50m walk from where a taxi drops you off. ( Maybe if the host had a trolley to lug your suticases it would be good) but apart from that no other issue whatsoever.

Jack was an amazingly responsive host, always available and super helpful and supportive. He, his adorable daughters and "Brainy" the flower horn fish were definitely the highlight of our stay in Da Nang. We stayed at two of his apartments, both were very clean and well equipped. The building is quiet and well located, a few blocks from the beach and close to great bakeries and coffee shops. Thank you again, Jack!

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

Good place inside the city. Good view on night time. Very near the sea . Not so quiet but everything ok.

The apartment was as described, with very easy check-in. The location was convenient and right by the beach.

Such a beautiful beachfront villa. Pool temperature was perfect and well shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim for hours without getting sun burned. Linna was an excellent hostess and helped us navigate Danang area and helped us coordinate transportation and excursions. Would highly recommended for any family or group looking to vacation in a top notch resort.

This place was incredible, we rented the whole place for a family of 5 for a month, and we enjoyed every part of it. They have a great team. Van was available daily and Hoa was very responsive helping with tours and rentals. We can’t wait to come back and would easily book this same place. We used grab for taxis and food delivery. 5 minutes to beach and 5 minutes to old town. Food was 20-3 minutes for delivery. We loved walking to Miss Ha coffee shop, Thank you so much. Central Vietnam is beautiful with lots to do and we would highly recommend a visit.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

We spent 15 days in the apartment with my wife and 5 year old son, and had a wonderful time. Apartment building is facing the pool at the Ocean Suites, which is a calm and secured environment. The apartment is matching the description : well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. Lily and the staff are always very responsive and happy to help on many topics. Access to the beach is 5 min walking max. Ocean Villa/Suites also has a restaurant, which we have often been to, +2nd pool with sea view right next to the beach. The restaurant is very practical and offers all kinds of options, from Vietnamese to western dishes. We have Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Some points of improvement: - having a convenience store at Ocean Villa (like a 7-eleven) would have been great, as we had to take a taxi on a regular basis to buy some simple things. - the ventilation system in the bathroom needs cleaning - the smell in the bathroom from pipe is strong

The accommodation is in a secluded place, so it is tranquil, and there is a coffee shop right in front. BBQ facilities and swimming pools are equipped with beer and water drinks, and it is available in Korean, so you can use it by renting a driver who can use it. They also provide delivery food.

We had a family holiday at Serene River and cannot recommend the accommodation enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the location was perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but only a short car ride if we wanted to visit. Great restaurants and local food market only a short bike ride away. Thank you so much for making our long awaited holiday so wonderful.
