Family-friendly vacation rentals in Thọ Quang

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

호스트인 Tin과 그의 여동생 Linna는 매우 친절하고 응답이 빠릅니다. 영어를 잘 해서 의사소통에 문제가 없고 약속도 잘 지키며 문제가 될 부분이 없습니다. 벌레가 몇 마리 보이긴 했지만 동남아 특성 상 이 정도면 매우 관리가 잘 된 것으로 보입니다. 매일 하우스키퍼가 깨끗하게 청소 및 수건을 갈아줍니다. 매일 아침 푸라마빌라에서 프라이빗 수영장을 관리해줍니다. 풀은 깨끗하고 깊은 편입니다. 비치 타올은 충분합니다. 빌라 공용풀은 아주 넓고 아이들을 위한 얕은 풀도 따로 있습니다. 빌라 안의 모든 에어컨은 문제없이 돌아가고 욕실 수압 및 온수도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 4베드룸에 욕실이 네 개라 방 안에 하나씩 있는 줄 알았는데 두 개는 각 방 안에, 두 개는 공용으로 밖에 있습니다. 식기도 부족함 없고 깨끗하며 침구도 편안합니다. 버기카로 로비 및 공용풀에 다닐 수 있어 편리합니다. 근처에 한국인들이 많이 가는 마사지샵이 있어 편리합니다. 저희에겐 거의 완벽에 가까웠습니다. 추천합니다!

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

Keit was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we arrived, his warm hospitality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond by hosting a wonderful dinner with his family, treating us to delicious local cuisine that gave us a true taste of the region. My An is my favorite area in Da Nang just a few minutes from My Khe Beach, some of my favorite tea shops and music bars for nightlife. My sure you request weekly cleaning otherwise it will not be offered. There is construction across the street that’s loud from 7am to 5pm, so bring a white noise machine if you need to sleep. There is a bar across the street that’s loud from 10pm to 2am, so again white noise machine.

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

The place feels like a country club with private security. Definitely safe and private. The residence is designed to feel like nature blended throughout and yet still able to retain the elegance of an upscale place.

Good place inside the city. Good view on night time. Very near the sea . Not so quiet but everything ok.

Such a beautiful beachfront villa. Pool temperature was perfect and well shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim for hours without getting sun burned. Linna was an excellent hostess and helped us navigate Danang area and helped us coordinate transportation and excursions. Would highly recommended for any family or group looking to vacation in a top notch resort.

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

We spent 15 days in the apartment with my wife and 5 year old son, and had a wonderful time. Apartment building is facing the pool at the Ocean Suites, which is a calm and secured environment. The apartment is matching the description : well equipped, clean, functional and cozy. Lily and the staff are always very responsive and happy to help on many topics. Access to the beach is 5 min walking max. Ocean Villa/Suites also has a restaurant, which we have often been to, +2nd pool with sea view right next to the beach. The restaurant is very practical and offers all kinds of options, from Vietnamese to western dishes. We have Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Some points of improvement: - having a convenience store at Ocean Villa (like a 7-eleven) would have been great, as we had to take a taxi on a regular basis to buy some simple things. - the ventilation system in the bathroom needs cleaning - the smell in the bathroom from pipe is strong

We had a family holiday at Serene River and cannot recommend the accommodation enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the location was perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but only a short car ride if we wanted to visit. Great restaurants and local food market only a short bike ride away. Thank you so much for making our long awaited holiday so wonderful.
