Our stay was incredible. The comfort level far exceeded our expectations, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made it the perfect winter retreat. Stepping out onto the balcony to take in the breathtaking snow-covered mountain views was a highlight. For families, this apartment is fantastic. My son had so much fun playing in the snow-covered area at the back, throwing snowballs and building snowmen. It added an extra layer of joy to our trip. Parking was simple and convenient, which is always a bonus. Overall, this apartment offered comfort, stunning views, and family-friendly features that made our holiday unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My boys and I stayed at Karin's place for our annual ski trip. We loved the modern space which was comfortable and spacious. Very modern decor thought-out. We had plenty of parking spaces including 2 indoor spots. Reaching the Kitzbuhel ski area was convenient with one lift and lot only a few minutes away. The main town of Kirchberg was a few minutes walk, making it easy to eat at some of the great local restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Wow, where to start! What a fantastic apartment and host. Excellent from start to finish, all messages were responded to promptly before and during our stay. Peter couldn't have been more helpful- easy check in process, including receiving our guest cards and sorting the tourist tax with Peters assistance. The apartment was just like the pictures plus more, so spacious, clean and breathtaking views of the mountains. Really cannot recommend this apartment or Peter highly enough - hope to be back again some day 😄 Thank you again Peter!

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!

Clean accommodation, very beautiful, modern. Peaceful in the heart of nature. Breathtaking views of the valley. On our side we were there for the winter, skiing. I retained the address and why not come back for another season, or in the summer. Thank you for this wonderful stay, I recommend it 100%

We had rented both apartments for our family gathering. The easy access via code was very helpful for the back and forth. The rooms are large and friendly, the bathrooms very modernly furnished. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a larger group, and with a little buzz we all had space at the large table. The email contact with Julia was friendly and informative. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation is very suitable for 2-4 people, is perfectly equipped incl. Bedding and towels, dish towels, spices in the kitchen, filter paper, oil and vinegar, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Anton is a very reliable host who takes care of the well-being of his guests at any time of day and fulfills all wishes. I'd love to come back;-)

We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

We stayed with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's place. The place was great, think you can't be closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are easy to reach by foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was available for questions at any time. We will be happy to come back!

Had a great stay in Gallzein! The cabin is quiet and perfect for a few days rest in the mountains. The amenities are basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/ functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring it yourself next time. Car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to shop but that's also normal. 😊

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)
