We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Greg’s place is absolutely beautiful, private, and feels just like home. My girlfriend and I had the most magical experience and enjoyed spectacular sunsets and even northern lights on the private beach which was accessible steps away from our door. Greg was very friendly and had excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the montauk area. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Nick’s while in Southampton! The property is quiet and private, with a short walk to the bay. The inside was clean and well furnished. We loved that it was pet friendly- there was a $50 pet fee which we didn’t know about when booking but we were happy to pay given how great the property was. We’d happily stay again!

Great stay!! Beautiful ocean view and the complex itself is recently renovated, much more modern and luxe than expected!

Really impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. My only callout is expect to be surrounded by other guests, especially at the communal spaces outside – table, grill, etc. We overlapped with two different friend groups staying in a few of the properties, but everyone was really respectful and quiet. Just close quarters!

We had a great week at this unit. Great view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful. The beach is a less than five minute walk across the street from the resort. The resort is about a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Highly recommend the sushi restaurant Bamboo at the Breakers next door. The walls are thin, but it didn’t take away from our week.

This was the second time I stayed at this house. Love the location and the area. The house was well stocked with towels, paper products, and kitchen essentials. The beds are all very comfortable and clean. It's a short walk to the beach, with beach chairs that were able to use it made for a wonderful weekend! The only issue I had was with propane (ran out), and David resolved that for us in about a half hour. Also- my daughter had dropped her wedding band down a crevice between the bathroom vanity and wall, and David came and pulled the vanity out for us and found it! It's nice to not have to worry about getting questions answered or getting help if you need it! Thanks, David!

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The host was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had to ask. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

After an initial snafu with my booking through the app, Debbie sprung to action, contacted me, and upgraded us to this house, which was even nicer and closer to the ocean than the house I originally wanted to book. I thought she handled what could have been a very upsetting situation extremely well and overcompensated for us, if anything. Place and location were wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend the Sunset Cottage. The house and property are pristine. John and Lara are super hosts.

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

This stay was even nicer than its pictures. Went during “off season”, so many places were closed in the area. However, the actual airbnb made up for that. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We had our own ocean view and easy beach access.

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Angela's place was perfect. As a central hub for my son (5) and I, on our first trip to Montauk, the location could not have been better. Her condo was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the beach, and being directly across the street from an access point was ideal. The only drawback is that now my son wants us to live in Montuak...

Tara’s place was a perfect for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town and great view of the sunset!
