Catherine’s Place

AnnRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our family really loved staying at Cathy’s place. Our 14-month-old grandson was with us, so we especially liked the big fenced-in backyard that he enjoyed exploring. Other things that made it a great vacation include the walkable access from the backyard to the beach, beach cruisers in the shed, the grill, and the fire pit for evening chats. The house is comfortable and charming, and as others have said, the kitchen is well equipped for making meals. The location is a great jumping off point to other areas of the Hamptons. Cathy is also a great host. She provided a list of restaurants & activities to check out and replied quickly to a couple of questions I had. We are glad we chose this house for our trip!
Two glasses are raised in a toast, one filled with red wine and the other with white. A serene coastline and the shimmering sea are visible in the background, where the sun reflects off the water, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Elegant Modern Artist's Residence

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This is a Bauhouse-style minimalistic home featuring clean lines, attractive light colors, and efficiency. Everything is stylish, clean and works nicely. The house is located in a mixed rural/residential area minutes from Southampton village and the beaches. There is some traffic noise froma nearby road, but not at night. We stopped noticing it the next day. Betsy is the owner and a kind and responsive host. We had a nice stay here.

Bayfield Farms Country Estate Guest House

KathrynRating, 5 stars31 months ago
We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!
A dining area is featured under a chandelier, with a long wooden table surrounded by six chairs. Light streams through multiple windows, illuminating the space. Artwork adorns the walls, and a dark sideboard is positioned against one side of the room.

Renovated 4Bedroom Farmhouse Pool Steps from Beach

SarahRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had such a lovely time at Morgan’s home! She was extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early as well as leaving baby items for us to use. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and despite the rain ruining our pool plans, we had a cozy wonderful stay. We had an absolutely lovely stay and can’t wait to return next summer!

Private w/Hot tub Fire Pit Coffee Bar

GabrielaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

A Cheerful 2 - Bedroom Cottage

LizRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our family of four was in the area for a wedding. The house was adorable and chock full of amenities. Milk, butter, cream cheese and bagels in the fridge. And bottles of water, in the fridge and next to the bed. There were bundles of towels , beautifully folded for each person. Snacks in a basket in the living room. The bathroom was fully equipped with all necessities. Board games galore and so beautifully presented. Only 10 minutes from the wedding venue and very close to a few farm stands. We would definitely stay again.

Vineyard Views & Bike to the Beach

AdamRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This is our second time staying at David’s place and it was just as great. David is great with comms and the house is great for families and even hosting folks for dinner. The yard is great for our kids who loved running around, using the hammock, playing croquet, etc. Kitchen was great for cooking and the TV room was great for football.

Quiet East Hampton home, 1.5 miles to ocean beach

MilaRating, 5 stars44 months ago
This is wonderful home, especially if you are traveling as a family. We stayed with our two kids and two pups. We had such a great time. I can’t say enough about Andrew s hospitality, responsiveness as well as how well appointed and set his house was. He made sure it was possible and easy for us to get to the beach ( and this was my number one worry having an 8 month old and a 4 year old!). The beach, the restaurants, the bakery ( Carissa’s!)- were all amazing and biking distance or a very quick drive. A farm stand right around the corner - 5 mins walk. We had a very relaxing trip, and I was not expecting to relax this time at all!( skeptical me!). Andrew had everything we needed for the baby, and even let us use their excellent library of children’s books and arts and crafts. I definitely recommend Andrew s home and would stay there in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay.

North Fork At Its Best

FrancineRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s house and lucked out with glorious weather . Jessica responded quickly , was super friendly , very helpful and the line of communication was easy and accessible. Her house was nicely renovated and had a lovely beach vibe and situated on a quiet street . It was very clean , with ample space / well appointed , very comfy beds and comfy sofas . The layout was nicely designed with skylights and dimmers . The grill was easy to use with a nice outdoor dining area. The added kick was the fab / spacious heated saltwater pool and all the surrounding comfy lounge chairs . The most spectacular sunsets were directly down the road / right across the street . And the town was a 5 minute drive . I can’t recommend this place enough . Thank you Jessica .. we look forward to our return .
A light-filled dining area is complemented by wooden walls and flooring. A rectangular wooden table is surrounded by two wooden chairs. A small potted plant and a woven basket are placed on the table, while a doorway leads to the outside, framed by large windows.

New Suffolk Hideaway

SuzieRating, 5 stars34 months ago
This is a great house in a beautiful location. The home is clean, easy to live in and well equipped. The living space worked really well for six people. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms had shades which were important with the early sunrise. The deck and pool areas are private and great to relax around. We spent a month in New Suffolk and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a fun getaway. The area is full of really good wineries, restaurants, cute towns and farms. The weather was gorgeous! Out of our 30 days there in May/June, only two were cloudy and they cleared by mid afternoon. We walked everyday and enjoyed the quant town with beautiful homes, gorgeous water views, lots of wild life and friendly people. Though we had a couple of issues that could have happened in any house, Pam and Wayde were quick to respond and had everything fixed as soon as possible. They made sure that we were happy with the results. If we ever have the opportunity to be in the area again we hope that this “Hideaway” is available.

Treasured 1924 Colonial "Sweet Caroline"

RaphaelRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was my 6th stay at Sweet Caroline, so that alone should prove that I love staying here! It truly has become my Connecticut home away from home. Johnathon and Glorimar are wonderful hosts--very friendly and easy to get ahold of. As someone born and raised in Connecticut but a Californian since 1992, the location of the house is perfect for me. I would recommend it to anyone who may be experiencing the Connecticut shoreline for the first time. What really made this particular visit different was that I was here for a family funeral, and the fact that I had to come during the holiday season made this trip difficult. I was so surprised then when I entered the house and saw a beautiful Christmas tree all lit up to greet me. The house was also decorated with lights on the outside as well. This really boosted my spirits at an otherwise difficult time. Whenever I need a place to stay in Connecticut, this is where I always want to stay!
