Vacation rentals with a fire pit in The Hamptons

The home is really cute, located in a wonderful little neighborhood adn the communication with the home owner was perfect.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

Beautiful and serene location. Our families stayed here for a wedding weekend. And with everything going on, our weekend experience was enhanced by this beautiful house. The house is conveniently located, with easy access to the arterial roads. It’s also very thoughtfully furnished. The host, Michael, goes the extra mile by setting up for guests with small details like starter groceries and sufficient snacks in the pantry. It’s these small touches that made the difference.

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

Paula was a very responsive host. She made checking in easy. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space inside and outside. My favorite part of the house was the separate guest house and the hot tub which was very easy to use. Highly recommend this host and house! Thank you Paula!

This is my first stay at an Airbnb. Booking and communication was excellent. We were here for 1 very cold night in February but I look forward to visiting in the warmer weather. I went with another couple. Just wanted to get away from work and meet at a mid-point and relax. It worked well. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the beach.

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

The Boathouse was cozy, quaint and a very quiet place. We enjoyed our stay and loved the homey feel. Curran was a great host and I would highly recommend The Boathouse!

Viviana was very helpful and responsive. The property was exactly as described and a great place to stay for a short-term visit.

There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. You were awesome.

This was my second time staying here at Erica’s place and I will be choosing this airbnb every time I come to Long Island! It’s truly SO cozy and feels like my home away from home. Checking in is very simple and Erica will respond quickly every time you reach out. The place is always spotless, smells amazing and I always get the best sleep here! This is our first AirBnB experience. The communication with KC in advance was great. The place is very nicely decorated, so we felt very comfortable right away. Our children liked the children's room very much and I liked the veranda. Our kids are very bright and noisy and this is certainly a challenge for hosts. Accordingly, we are glad that there were no complaints. The area is very nice and quiet. We will be happy to come back.

It was truly wonderful✨ She was very kind and always ready to help whenever I needed it. I really appreciated the small details, like the welcome drink, which made the experience even more special. The apartment is lovely, and we loved being able to use the backyard. Verona is an incredible host and I highly recommend this location if you need to get away for a weekend.

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

We had a great stay at Marina’s home. Marina had thought of everything that anyone could possibly need during their stay. She even had additional drinks (waters/coffee) and snacks. The place was small, but it was perfect for our stay. The description was very accurate. We brought the dog to the beach every morning and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The beach was very close by. We hope to stay again when the weather is nicer! Marina is a great and responsive host.
