Monthly Rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

I stayed for 2 months whilst working in Nashville and this was an ideal apartment in close proximity to office and entertainment. Great facilities inside the apartment building. Only minor issues was the noise from Broadway that can be disturbing in the night. Andrew was fast to respond to any queries.

Highly recommend! Our stay was amazing and we miss the townhouse and the city every day. The townhouse’s location in a residential neighborhood is close to everything Nashville has to offer including several fantastic restaurants and other venues within a <1 mile radius. It is very well furnished. All you need are your clothes, toothbrush, and a stop at the grocery store and you are good to go. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, it is quiet and an easy place to relax and feel at home. The roof top makes the outside easy to access, feels very private, and has a great view! Having an attached double car garage is great during Nashville rain storms, avoids street parking, and makes coming home alone feel more secure. Host J.S. takes a great deal of pride in his property and in making your stay comfortable. He is incredibly responsive in his communication, is ready to help with anything that is needed, and is an all-around wonderful person. We will be back!

This place was amazing! Super location just minutes (and I mean minutes) from everything including Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, Coffee Shops etc. yet quite enough to feel relaxed when you get back from a day of hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is really nice/safe, and very walkable. The main building itself is secure, quiet, and clean with ample covered parking in a gated garage. The unit itself is beautiful (exactly like the pictures.) It had everything you would need for a great stay and was beyond clean. Although there were no issues during the stay (it was a 3 month stay for a work internship), Angela was extremely responsive when we had questions. After this experience, this place now feels like a home away from home and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when returning to the city. You absolutely can't go wrong renting this unit! It's got to be one of the best options with the best host in the area!

Great communication from the host. The home was exactly like the pictures. Great location!! I would definitely stay here again.
