The location is just mind-blowing. Just as described, it’s on the banks of a reservoir, with forest on the other side. It’s extremely serene, quiet and perfect for folks looking for some quiet time. We spotted elephants on the other side, and during the boat ride, spotted on really up close. Amazing experience. The rooms could use a bit of more cleaning and upkeep, especially around the corners and under racks. The property is really beautiful, and done well. Our dog enjoyed roaming around the property freely. They have a lab but she doesnt bother much. The adjoining area is quiet with rubber plantations, and neighbours were friendly and welcoming. Ashwin the caretaker was very cordial and always ready to help. He was always available, cooked delicious breakfast, and happy to assist with a smile. Food options were reasonably priced, with good options for Non veg. Veg options n spread could be improved. All in all, definitely a place to try out if ur looking to be away from chaos

This is undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Meeting Fawz and chatting with him feels like visiting a close friend’s home. The caretaker is attentive and ensures all your needs are met. The house itself is incredibly cozy, with plenty of relaxing spaces, and it’s situated in a stunning location. The waterfall on the property is absolutely magical—you can hear its soothing sound throughout the day from your room. An early morning walk through the tea gardens is an amazing and calming experience. It’s truly a place worth staying at. The only downside for me is- It’s so wonderful that leaving feels incredibly difficult!
