Beachfront vacation rentals in Texas City

My daughter and I stayed at this adorable house for a girls’ Galveston weekend. We just loved it. So cute and decorated so well. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and 3 blocks from the beach and close to the action. What a delight!!!!

We had a great time at this nice beach side property. It was very clean, spacious and had great ocean views although it was not a beach front property. It felt very safe in the nights. The walk to the beach was short (just about 5 mins) and there is also a private access to the beach. We enjoyed the bbq grill. Overall, the stay was awesome and we wish we had stayed longer.

Location is excellent! Right on the beach with options for sun and shade on the deck and private access to the beach was right there! The unit is super cute, comfortable and beach-y vibes. We had a few issues pop up but Cheyenne was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Location, location, location. This was perfect for us to spend time in both Galveston and Freeport. The peace and privacy of this place were perfect. Just a few steps to the beach it was great. Melanie and Daryl

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. We loved that we could bring our dog and that there was a fenced yard. We definitely plan on returning in the summer. It was such a relaxing stay that was very much needed.

Cullen’s place was very welcoming. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor deck was big and spacious. The location was great and close enough to food marts and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time creating memories with our family. Would definitely come back.

This was the perfect location for our son's 17th birthday weekend with 3 of his friends (& my husband & me). Close to the beach and fishing pier, the boys had a great time. I enjoyed the perfect beach decor and cleanliness. It was perfect. Host was super communicative and responsive. 5 stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sol Searcher Beach House! 🏖️ The decor was very cute & charming, creating a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. 🛏️💕 My husband absolutely loved the movie style recliners, & discovering the food tray was a delightful surprise! 🎬🍿 The locked gate on the patio was a fantastic feature, giving us peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and secure. 🐶🔒 One of my favorites was the comfortable & relaxing hammock on the master patio. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze. 🌿🌅The house had everything we needed, from a variety of seasonings to dishes for our furry companions. 🍽️🐾 Being extremely close to the beach was a huge plus 🌊 Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. 👩‍💼💬 We highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable beach trip!

Mary's place was a really great value and was perfect for what we needed on this trip. We liked being able to watch our teens from the balcony and they liked being able to walk to the beach on their own. It felt very safe.

Angie’s place was great and exactly as described. The exterior of the complex could use some TLC but her unit is perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony for evening drinks and morning coffee. We were only there for two quick nights but it has everything you would need for a full week beach vacation. It was lovely and we will probably be back as our daughter is based in and out of Galveston on Carnival.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

Place was beautiful. View is amazing and the spa was great. Has everything you need with extra. Very well stocked.

We had a fabulous time at the Dunes! We’ve been to several AirBnB’s across the country, and our whole family really enjoyed this one. It was easy, fun, convenient, and right on the water! The hot tub and amenities were top notch. Hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. Sleeping was comfortable. The beach access is a differentiator! Incredible being able to walk right out to your own beach. We would come back!

Our family loved this condo right on the water with beautiful views of the Gulf! Sandra was helpful and responsive, she even brought extra toys for the kids to play with! I would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was great to have and was very private from any neighbors. The home has a lot of great dining options nearby which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful and was a great place for a family vacation.

It was a great house great stay very clean close to convenience stores beach not too far. It was great. granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Had a great spring break.

I highly recommend John's place for your next stay. The spacious, fenced-in yard and well-equipped, generously sized home exceeded our expectations. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family with no complaints. The view was incredible with the beach just steps away, and we cannot wait to return!

The mermaid Manor was everything me and my family expected and more . Very peaceful private and spacious home. Loved the fact that the home was right behind the beach. The host was very responsive. Quick to reply back to any questions I had and making sure we enjoyed are stay . Perfect getaway for the entire family.

The house was right on the beach. Really enjoyed the access. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of spaces for us to spread out. Plenty to do in the area.

Nice house with a great view , the different style makes it stand out from the other houses on the beach . Made it easy for us to find the house when we would go out . Very spacious as well would definitely come again

My family really enjoyed our stay! Right on the beach, roomy and comfortable. The deck was a good place to hang out with my grandkids and enjoy some crawfish!

This home was beyond beautiful. My family and I enjoyed such great intimate moments. This was by far the perfect place to have my brothers engagement surprise. Although, we had a few hiccups after our stay. Which really affected me emotionally. I’m happy to say we got through the rough patch. Gabriela was very helpful and very generous and understanding throughout our entire stay. She was by far the sweetest. I hope to stay again in the future!

The Purple Palm was exactly what we were looking for and so much more. We enjoyed how close it was in proximity to both the beach and the bay. We loved that we also had 24 hour access to the fishing area located within the Terramar Beach community. The host, Brandon, was very responsive and helpful anytime we had any questions. We will definitely be booking with him again the next time we visit the area.
