Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Texada Island

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful decor and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care went into ensuring guests have a great experience. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t find a power outlet in the studio to plug in my laptop, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Not only because of the cozy fireplace, beautiful decor, comfy bed, access to the ocean within steps, and the outstanding view… but also because of the host. The day of my arrival, an unexpected snow storm hit. Lauren communicated with me right away, offering me early check in, and assistance carrying my bags in the slippery snow. Knowing that I couldn’t drive to get food due to the snow, she delivered me a beautiful care package with cheese, pasta, pizza, veggies, chocolate etc. Without her kindness, I would have had no food for my two day stay (I’m a nervous snow driver). I cannot thank you enough, Lauren. You turned a stressful situation into a great reminder of the kindness that’s in the world. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

The Barn on Rennie is the perfect place to relax in total comfort in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Trina and Ed have created a cozy sanctuary for their guests . They are amazing hosts. This was our third visit and we can't wait to return !

I stayed at Christine’s with a group of friends for a ski weekend at Mt. Washington. The house was perfect to return to at the end of the day and enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Everything was so clean and the house was very well stocked. Plus the views of the ocean and mountains were gorgeous. Everyone really enjoyed the stay!

Great local and clean. Cupboards had plenty of condiments/spices for cooking. Supermarket is just up the street and a walking track is just down the road. People in the community were just fantastic!

We stayed here during a locum at WCGH. The hot tub was great. The unit was clean. The beds were comfy. Would stay here again next time we come back for another locum.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my 2 weeks in Nanaimo. Russel’s place was perfect for my needs; clean, well equipped, lots of information available. Russell was extremely diligent at quickly responding to any questions and more than helpful on more than one occasion ( he even washed my car! Talk about above and beyond!). I would be very happy to stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Well done, Russell!

A newly renovated suite with two very comfortable beds on a beautiful piece of land looking out over the Salish Sea. You won't forget this one!

Perfect for what we needed, appreciated the photo book of Powell River on the coffee table since it included some hidden gems!

We had a great few nights at Heidi's. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the jacuzzi tub in the suite. Check in was easy and she was even able to accommodate an early check in.

Amazing location, quiet and peaceful resort. We loved the view from the suites. Our kids loved the pool and walking along the bay. Place is all set up for families. All in all a wonderful trip!

Diane is a very generous and friendly hostess, her house is very tidy and has provided us with a very wonderful experience for the past three months. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

Randy and Barb’s home was more than we could have expected! The decor is beautiful and the home feels warm and cozy the minute you step inside. The location is perfect and the quiet and serenity of the space was exactly what we needed. The home contained everything we could have needed and was immaculately clean and well furnished. We are already looking at the timing of our next visit! We would highly recommend this to everyone ☺️

Absolutely stunning spot—so peaceful, with incredible peekaboo views! We were lucky to have sunshine throughout our entire stay, which made it even better. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for unwinding. After researching many different spa stays on the Sunshine Coast, this one stood out—not only was it priced the same as others, but this place far exceeded any of the “pet-friendly rooms”. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time, the views were absolutely incredible. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

David's property was well stocked—both in amenities and gorgeous views—and he was very prompt with following up on our small hiccup! Fantastic place to spend our long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. The beds and mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Overall, everything was great. There are just a couple of suggestions for improvement: the dishes weren’t as clean as expected, as the dishwasher doesn’t seem to work properly. It would also be great to add a fire pit with enough seating for everyone and a light near the hot tub to make it more usable at night.

We had high hopes and they were far exceeded when we saw the property. Literally jaw dropping when we opened the door and saw the elegance and beauty of the house behind it. From the wild deer in the green beyond the fence to the pool and garden to the design and presentation of the house from basement level to top level it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views are incredible and there wasn’t a thing lacking in the house that we needed. Meghan was always responsive if we needed her and personable. The street was private and neighbours friendly also. Really could not rate our stay highly enough. You certainly get what you pay for and much much more.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday. Everything was perfect! Micheal is an exceptional host and the property is beyond anything we could have imagined. The house, the suite, the pool and waterfront were a dream and to be able to share it with the whole family was a once in a lifetime experience. The house is stocked with everything you could need and is beautiful and warm (the perfect sitting nook exists here!). I couldn’t recommend this place enough. There is nothing quite like it anywhere on Vancouver island/gulf islands. 10/5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️
