Vacation rentals in qathet Regional District

We were only here one night but it served the 5 of us well. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our dinner. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. We could have used another bathroom. 1 bathroom made it a bit difficult for us in the morning. All in all a nice place to stay.

As there really isn't much to do on Denman Island except the odd hike and beach, so it's really important that the Airbnb is a good place to spend most of the time. In the case of Robin's cottage, it was really the highlight of our stay on Denman Island! We booked a couple of nights in stormy December weather, hoping for a cosy hideaway to rest and do nothing; A getaway from work and the craziness of the holiday season. To that end Timber Cottage was perfect for my wife and I, and our dog. It's a very pet friendly place, and the property is quite large and beautiful. The cottage was very well appointed and equipped. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. If we return to Denman Island, Robin's place would be the preferred place to stay again!

We stayed at Meghan's place for 4 nights over the Christmas holidays. Right from the start, her communication was spot on. This condo is situated in such beautiful surroundings. We weren't able to use the bbq just because of the weather, but her kitchen was fully stocked. I made a whole Christmas dinner, no problem. We loved the added bonus of a little treat corner where she had popcorn, chocolate, granola bars, hot chocolate and various teas and coffee. The beds were comfortable and cozy and we slept well. I loved the gas fireplace and TV in the master bedroom where I retreated to and watched cheesy Christmas movies! We drove to Sechelt one day and Madiera Park another day to go explore Baker Beach and pick up some groceries. The tide was very high that day, so we couldn't go out beachcombing but the hike around that area was great. Another thing you should not miss is Secret Cove Falls which is a quick drive away from the condo. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Possibly our favourite Airbnb to date! Very well-stocked kitchen including pantry basics and then some, and actual useable stainless pots & pans. Plenty of amenities, we enjoyed the woodstove and hot tub especially. Minutes from Francis Point, one of the most picturesque spots in the area. Even closer to some great food (Aqui es Mexico, Budabing Burgers for fish& chips). The space itself was simply beautiful, every window had a view onto something natural and peaceful. Alexandra was a great communicator and very friendly. Can't wait to come back!

We had a relaxed and wonderful stay here! The house is clean and comfy with all the amenities we needed, and has the most incredible view across the water. We particularly loved the access down to the lovely rocky beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Peaceful location, clean house with every necessary amenity. Location was a little further out from Qualicum Beach but easy ~10 mins drive down the road. Nearby beach was fun to beachcomb with an abundance of rocks, but not a sandy, settle in for the day type place. Overall we enjoyed our time, enjoyed the space and enjoyed adventuring in the area.

This was such a great spot to stay! The place was really clean, and fit the needs of our fam perfectly. Everything was well stocked (kitchen even had mayo/mustard/ketchup/relish for burgers), and we enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the indoor space. Walking distance to the beach!

We had a wonderful experience staying here for 3 wintery nights and can’t recommend it enough. The place has all the necessary things you’d need to be cosy, comfortable and self-sufficient, from a full kitchen to bathroom amenities, plenty of towels and blankets, and really comfortable beds. The grounds and animals were great for our 3 year old to explore. Most of all though the family are so friendly, kind and generous, the best example of Canadian hospitality. Shelby went out of his way to drive us up to mt Washington and back- on a workday- when conditions had stopped us being able to get up in our car. This is so above and beyond and we’re forever grateful as that generosity enabled us to have the highlight of our trip seeing the beautiful snowy wonderland on the mountain. We also loved exploring the whole amazing area and learning about it from Erin and Shelby. We hope to return one day. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Matt’s place was very comfortable and excellent accommodation for our family. The layout creates a nice separation for families. The kids had plenty of room upstairs and their own privacy to lounge. The kitchen was well laid out. It had everything we needed for a great stay with a big family.

We had an incredible time staying at Katy and Dave's beautiful log house on the Sunshine Coast! Our group of ladies came for a retreat, and the house was perfect—spacious, cozy, and filled with charm. The peaceful surroundings and nature views added to the relaxing atmosphere. Katy and Dave were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our retreat and would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Loved the nice and relaxing stay through what was mostly a wet and windy autumn week. From the comfort of your cozy place we were able to enjoy viewing the stormy weather, watch the sea lions tossing fish around, a variety of ducks came and went, a couple eagles were seen and heard and had a deer come by for a visit. We had one sunny day to explore the beach and area. Highly recommended for quiet and relaxation.
