Casa Abi, excellent location 25 minutes from the beach

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores around the corner from the house, self-service store 5 minutes away, shopping mall 10 minutes away, San Blas Beach 25 minutes away, park 5 minutes away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has a garage for a car with measurements (2.40 meters high, 4.80 meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to the university (UBC) and Tecnologico de Tepic. We are located just 10 minutes from factories such as Dräxlmaier and ATR.

It has two bedrooms, one double and the other queen, a bathroom with hot and cold water, a living room with a TV and WiFi, ample parking for one car and easy access, pets are allowed.

Casa Langostino, quiet and cozy

Cozy house, near the exit to Mazatlán, nearby restaurants and supermarkets less than 5 minutes by car, it is a quiet neighborhood one block from the main avenue, around the corner from the accommodation there is a very complete grocery store and a pharmacy open 24 hours. The house has an indoor parking lot where 2 cars easily fit, and plenty of street parking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in front of one of the city's most iconic parks. La Alameda and a few blocks from La Loma. It ONLY has an air conditioner in the master bedroom, a mini-split type. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
