Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

Yilena has gone well beyond what is expected with her very thoughtful touches. She was both a great communicator and responded immediately to help solve a very minor issue. She is a SUPER host!

My daughter and I stayed there (she was a last minute add to my trip). Perfect size for 2 people. Easy access to the main road (Fowler), which has many great local and national eating treasures. It was also amazing for the price. My younger daughter attends USF, and hotels are ridiculously priced because of near-by Busch Gardens theme park. Ryan was awesome! He answered any questions we had right away. Very responsive.

A Slice of Paradise in the City I had the most relaxing stay at this charming Airbnb studio! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was designed. The highlight for me was definitely the tropical-themed patio — it felt like stepping into a private little oasis. Surrounded by real flowers, string lights, and comfy seating, it was the perfect spot to sip my morning coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. The studio itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked like a charm, and I appreciated the little touches and combinations in the room that added to the vibe. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you're in town for work or a weekend escape, this place strikes the perfect balance between convenience and a touch of the exotic. I’d absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay here, the community is so kind and the location is beautiful, we walked down to the pier every evening to watch the sunset!

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.

We enjoyed our stay! Description and pictures match perfectly, very clean, private, and quick response from the host. The jacuzzi was amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.
