It was the perfect place for our group of friends to spend the night clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The space had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The location was great, close to everything we needed. We only stayed for a night, but we all agreed we’d love to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend!

Booked a few nights' stay while we had some work done on our bathroom. The house is spacious, and the backyard was full of chirping birds and mature plants. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated having our two small dogs with us. It was easy to find, easy to get into, not a lot of check out requirements, and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again :)

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect,close to the soccer park where our tournament was. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The home was well stocked with extra towels and blankets. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again at next year’s tournament. Highly recommend this host and home!

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

First off would love to say how clean the house was , everything we needed to have a comfortable stay was offered . Kitchens untensils were offered to our tasting . Communication was great . I would totally stay again if available if I’m to come to Bakersfield again

Clean space, convenient for what we were there for. Only downside was the neighbors were a little loud. Party and riding dirt bikes up and down the road. A lot of barking dogs, and even had a couple strays running the street. Inside the property though was great.

This home worked out perfect for our group who was attending the Famoso Dragstrip. Shannon was very easy to work with. We had everything we needed for the week.

This is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable unit. We felt right at home and enjoyed the full kitchen and incredibly comfortable bed. (And we're very picky about beds) We both had a wonderful night's sleep. You can walk to a beautiful lake where we took in a glorious sunset and saw bunnies running all around. This unit is truly a little gem in Tehachapi. The only draw back is the duplex style means you do tend to hear your neighbor from time to time. However, it was entirely quiet at bedtime and not bothersome. The host is incredibly kind, thoughtful, responsive, and helpful.

This was a perfect place to rest and stay at during our stay! It was a great stop between locations of stores and restaurants and the little park nearby! Definitely recommend this place to others if you're curious on getting a place for yourself if on holidays or long journeys!

The photos didn't do this place justice. It is AMAZING! One bedroom has a whole wall of tastefully-designed cupboards of variable sizes. The kitchen pantry was enormous. Washer/dryer are large and very easy to work. A nice large walk-in shower. Comfortable beds. The location is great - easy to get to freeways or shopping (which is plentiful). Vitalis cares a great deal about his guests and goes out of his way to make things perfect. It is an excellent place especially for long term stays.

This was our third stay here. A very quiet, comfortable unit, with a kitchen that has everything you need plus some breakfast items in the cupboard if you need them. Parking is very close to the front door, which makes loading and unloading easy. Natalie accommodated a special request prior to our arrival, We will try to book this one again on our next trip through this area.

The house was very clean and the set up was great for having multiple families and a place for kids and adults to hang out. The house is in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe and was close to food and grocery. Victor was great at communicating and check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We were asked to say a few words about our stay. That is not possible. I could go on and on. Everything was great from the time I booked our stay until we checked out . We were 9 ladies who booked this property for a family girls weekend getaway. The accommodation's were excellent . The Hot tub was to die for with a view that went on and on. The supplies for kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub and bedrooms were more than we could have asked for. Including an excellent variety of coffee, tea and condiments with both a standard coffee pot and Keurig available for your morning relaxation. The only minor issue we encountered was a recent snowfall was melting and made the dirt road a little difficult to navigate. We were forewarned about this prior to booking and with some of us being local were able to plan for this possibility. All wheel and 4 Wheel drive made it in and out without any problems. Can't say enough, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
