Perfect place to stay for our vacation. Clean and comfortable and the perfect location for us, we would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Matt's, and as soon as we entered the apartment were reminded of how his gracious hospitality leads us to feel right at home. Matt is one of the most responsive airbnb hosts with whom we have ever interacted, and as he had promised, his neighbors had cleared the steps of the overnight snowfall before we needed to head out the following day. The minimal decor and simplicity create a tranquil, peaceful vibe complemented by the character of hardwood floors and a little library that led me to simply want to lounge around and read as I recovered from surgery. The kitchen is well-stocked; the shower is epic (but watch out for hot water); and the downstairs washer and dryer are a great convenience. Even before checking out, we had booked a return. Clean and cozy accommodations. Property as advertised. Walkable location. Comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Christopher was very responsive and polite. Clear instructions. Would definitely return!

Mary was super communicative throughout our entire five night stay! She even stopped by our door to make sure everything was okay! When we needed more coffee, she immediately brought a new bag of high quality coffee to our door. When we asked for help with the thermostat, she emailed detailed directions, and from then on we had no problem setting the temperature where we wanted it. We experienced true January weather - bitter cold and very windy - yet the apartment was comfortable, warm and cozy! Despite the winter weather, a couple times we even got in a bit of exercise as there is a small park with walking paths, pond, and play area about a five minute walk from the Airbnb! The apartment was extremely quiet and a perfect location for us as we traveled from PA to spend a belated Christmas holiday with our son and his family who lived five minutes away.
