While staying here you may use the basketball court and coin laundry facilities within the campground although the cabins are in a more private area without campground traffic. One private bedroom, one set of bunkbeds in a semi private room and a futon that folds out to a bed makes this cabin a great getaway spot for wine lovers, families and lake goers. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.

Amazing place to get away for a few days. It really walks the line of providing a rustic experience while providing some nice amenities to have while “camping”. Kelly and Dave are super nice and responsive. The horse back riding is absolutely fantastic and the whole vibe of the place is relaxing. Chickens, horses, cats, birds, all the nature you need without having to hike with a tent on your back. Cabin was clean, the outdoor kitchen was setup nicely and having the basics of electricity and running water helped make the experience more enjoyable. This is not “glamping”. This is not a hotel. You are doing an easier version of camping but what they provide makes it so much easier and enjoyable. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Even with the snow it was tranquil and serene, the fireplace kept us warm all night and the kitchen was the perfect spot for us to make our dinner for the 2 nights we were there. Felicia and her co-hosts were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed- we will definitely be back! Thank you again!

My family and I had a great time staying at the cabin! The space was beautiful and cozy with plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and I took a luxurious bubble bath in the claw foot tub. It can be a bit dim at night, so I recommend bringing a reading light if you plan to read in the main living space in the evening. Overall, Jill & Al's space was perfect for enjoying nature and some much-needed down time.

This spot was in the heart of Seneca. We were happy with the location and it had a beautiful view of the south end of Seneca lake! The cabin is cozy for two, they do not have a tv but they had a bunch of games to play. Lastly, it was a pleasant stay! We will certainly be back.

Perfect tiny house cabin setting for a short visit! Cabin was clean, comfortable and very private! The decor was tasteful and perfect for the secluded setting of the cabin! We only spent a few hours actually at the cabin as we were in the area for baseball games at Ithaca College. We are booked again for 2 nights next weekend though and hope to spend a little more time relaxing at the cabin! Thanks for a a great visit!
