Condo vacation rentals in Tasmania

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

Really enjoyed our stay, we should have stayed longer. The absolute best location to access all Salamanca Place has to offer. The market, restaurants and local attractions like MONA via the ferry are a must do.

What a fabulous stay. Right next to the beach, easy walking for a coffee or dinner. Close to everything. The unit is decorated in a lovely vibe. Beds very comfortable. The touches in the fridge were so welcomed as we arrived late. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Very lovely accommodation within walking distance to city and a little further walk to dock area with fantastic restaurants. Lots of parking also around docks. Easy to access condo everything you need for a lovely stay. Great value for a lovely home. Only down side was no wifi which didn’t really bother us we hot spot from phone. Easy to get to site seeing spots. Overall a fantastic stay.

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

Great View. Well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and left ample food and snacks which was super helpful when arriving from out of town. They even left a bottle of wine. Perfect.

Natalie's place was perfectly located: just outside the city centre but close enough that everything was within a stone's throw. Check in was smooth, and everything was clearly communicated prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great stay, Natalie!

Good location to town, Michelle was very helpful. Kitchen well stocked, tidy with a good fridge. Bedroom is great size, and bathroom is very nice. Worth the stay.

A short notice stay with a poorly pup. Check in details were sent straight away, easy to find, convenient parking and a lovely cosy place to stay and relax for the night. Lots of streaming services and wifi access and all the amenities we needed. And a wonderful, compassionate host - Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance to many main attractions. Area feels safe and the undercover parking is handy. Living area and bedrooms are very spacious. Communication from the host was very thorough and clear. Only constructive feedback would be to update the curtains in the lounge room, as another reviewer had mentioned they are very sheer and the glare in the afternoon is significant on sunny days, as well as the bright lights from the health facility across the street. I had a fantastic stay at Andrew's apartment, which was perfectly located, immaculately clean, and incredibly cozy. Andrew was always available to answer my questions, and I highly recommend staying with him. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests.
