Monthly Rentals in Tarumã Açu River

The Apartment is exactly as described in the listing and photos. So i entered the apartment observe q everything was very clean and smelling! The host is excellent in service and kindness! Safe and quiet condominium block. Everything in the apartment is very wonderful, there is only one small detail that I miss being described in the listing(it can be that I didn't read it right) is that the apartment is on the fourth floor with access only from stairs, so to go down or climb with a lot of bags is a little bad, but that's all. It's a small detail that doesn't make much difference due to the quality of the location and excellent service from the Host.

The place is like the pictures, cozy, well decorated, with various household utensils. The apartment is in a large condominium that has two pools, barbecue, you can do a walk or run inside, it has a self service market, which is a great branch break. The district is very far away in the tourist area, but for us it was close to work. The hostess is very sympathetic and helpful, and any questions were promptly answered.

It was a nice place to stay with a nice swimming pool and and clean house with enough climate controls.

Renan attentive, flexible. Location was not even close to where the airbnb map showed approximately. But the accommodation was very good.
