What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍

June’s cottage is immediately welcoming, very cozy and has everything you need. Lots of lovely and thoughtful touches throughout and spotlessly clean. The location is great, everything in Lanark is a short walk away. Perfect place, perfect hosts. Hoping to stay again on our next trip to Scotland.

Matthews Cottage was exactly what we needed. Every amenity we required for a 6 night stay and a good secure garden for our two dogs. The cottage was cosy and peaceful. A lovely touch to have put milk in the fridge and my favourite biscuits (how did he know) waiting for us. Would stay again.

Everything was superb. the bed was comfortable , the furnishings tasteful, and we were really warm and cosy. Cass's hospitality was outstanding. A perfect place to retreat to whilst spending a rather hectic family Christmas nearby!!
