Lovely apartment, exactly as described in the listing. Very comfy and lovely and warm, especially when we had a storm hit! Great location, within walking distance of the centre and all it's attractions. Had really good communication with the hosts, and was very grateful that they let us check in early. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment with paid parking right outside. Only £10.50 for 24 hours, and only a 10 minute walk to all the attractions. Perfect little find !

Paul was a fantastic host! He provided clear and informative instructions for parking and accessing the accommodation, which made our stay seamless. The flat was spotless, tidy, and perfectly suited to our needs during the 3-day conference at the convention center. Great location for a visit to York and quiet even though close to the train station. There is a short cut through station car park.

This place is lovely and cosy, close enough to all restaurants and bars that you could possibly need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions, instructions were very clear and concise. Enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay here again in the future

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was well-appointed, and warm and cosy.The area felt safe, and it was within walking distance to City centre shops (10 mins). Found a lovely tapas restaurant just down the road which is well worth a visit.

We had a lovely christmas break staying at Dawn's house. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of York and 5 minutes away from the train station. Dawn was a great host and provided accurate instructions to assist us on arrival. The house is beautifully laid out and was spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a lovely property in a quiet road next to the cathedral. It was cosy and exactly as described in the listing. It was well equipped and completely lived up to expectations - it is the perfect base to explore Ripon and the surrounding area. Very happy to recommend the house, and Ben as a host.

We really enjoyed our stay, house exactly as described, spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. The owners have thought of everything, nice touches throughout. We would use again if in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Sage Cottage, was a perfect location around 10 minute drive into the centre of York, the cottage was clean and the scones were a lovely touch, would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful time at Ashley’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great couple of days in a fabulous apartment in the centre of Malton . Immaculate throughout the apartment had everything we needed. So central to everything. Diane was helpful and incredibly friendly Great milk, tea and coffee already there , which was all we needed as we are out all the time . We visited around Christmas and the the apartment was really pretty with lights, tree and little decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely book again.

Ideal location, easy to get to the Shambles, etc. Only a few mintues walk from everywhere. The big plus was having parking. The apartment was beautifully decorated & v clean. Lovely touch to leave fresh coffee, decaff & specialty tea. Want to return to York next year & hopefully will be able to book Emma & Mark's apartment again.

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location right next to the city walls and a short walk from all the sights, restaurants, shopping etc. It also has the added bonus of a private parking space which is essential so close to the city centre. We didn't use our car at all. We appreciated the lovely Christmas decorations that Alison had put up as they added to the homely feel. We had everything we needed and will be back again next year.

This was our second visit! The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. An ideal location with secure parking - easily to walk to places of interest, restaurants etc in York. Thanks to Amanda for the warm welcome. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great apartment at a good price and located just outside the city walls. Quiet despite being on a busy road thanks to the double glazing. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. Fully recommend this place if you’re visiting York.
